SAR
R1 - #4 Katherine Thomas (6-1) Tagg doesn't usually have them ready at first asking, but this one comes from a family of "win-early" types. She has a bullet work on paper, so maybe?
R2 - #2 Slip Mahoney (2-1) finally gets some class relief. Why did they geld him already, though? Gotham-placed back in March, odd. Steady string of works going back to early June tells me he's fit and ready to fire - might even get 2-1 since Irad is elsewhere...
R6 - #3 Ilikeitlikethat (15-1) took heavy action in Jersey for her debut and was slow to get interested before rallying late to finish 4th. Gets an extra furlong today plus Lezcano, who clicks at a 27% rate with sprinters.
R9 - #4 Andiamo Di Firenze (5-1) finally drops out of stakes company and gets the added bonus of picking up the winning machine on his back. Should make every post a winning one.
MTH
R10 - #1 Larger Than Life (9-2) big jump in class here, but Sweezey is a sharp trainer that knows where to spot 'em. Will be flying up the rail at the wire.
R11 - #5 Kashan (9-2) steadily increasing Beyers at this same level over her last three tries and I don't think she's hit her ceiling yet.
WO
R1 - #4 Liplock (4-1) ran competitively in first try on grass at $40k, now drops to $25k. Drexler likes to pad those stats.
R10 - #7 Fashionably Fab (15-1) really? 15-1? This filly ran off three straight impressive victories before faltering in a stakes race after a six month layoff. Turned in a 59.2 bullet last weekend. Full disclosure - I have a soft spot for the Sunday Silence family, so I'm probably looking at her through beer goggles.
