R2 - #3 Joey Freshwater (6-1) get blinkers, Lasix, and a drop in class today. Ran a lifetime best Beyer the only other start with Lasix.
R4 - Keep It Sexy (12-1) the blinkers and the bug say she's going early. If she takes to the dirt, every post will be a winning one against this crap field. If the rain comes early enough, that's a blessing too.
R6 #11 Autumn (8-1) looks primed for a big effort. I hope it doesn't come off the grass, but if it does his sire gives him very nice mud stats.
R7 - #11 Skip The Line (8-1) the dam's offspring are 4 for 4 winning as 2 year-olds, you get Irad/Pletcher, and the sire is "win-early" Into Mischief. Plenty of action will go to the Gargan firster as well, which should leave us with a bit of value here.

R7 - #5 Shiny Slam (5-1) purely on Gonzalez - he's just deadly off the claim and this looks like a nice filly. She should make the lead with the bug. It will be white knuckle time in the stretch, though.

R5 - #2 Ever Summer (7-2) class-dropper makes third start of her 4 year-old Summer and seems to have matured nicely last winter with a win and a near miss against G3 company leading up to this. Has great late speed.
R7 - #11 Jerry The Nipper (9-2) is another making his 3rd start off the winter break. Drops out of stakes level and it seems that 1 1/16 is his preferred distance.
R8 - #6 Leftembehind (6-1) has had trouble in nearly every start. I'm a hard no on the favorite here. Just need a clean trip.

R5 - #5 Emerson Jones (5-1) can control the pace in here - should have tons left in the tank late.
R8 - #11 Stratogale (10-1) if she can get to the lead from the far outside I don't think she gives it up.
looks like I'm all over the front-runners today. sure hope there's no closing bias...

R2 - #1 Chasing Daylight (8-1) Prat stays, gets the rail, and should go fast early. Abreu barn has been scorching hot lately and looks to have another live one here.
R3 - #2 Lady Rockstar (6-1) all she does is win (when she's outside of graded stakes competition). Class drop is the difference.
R6 - #6 Marsalis (5-2) the slow workout last week is a tell-tale signal that Asmussen has him ready. I'm expecting a huge run.
R8 - #2 Carl Spackler (3-1) the way T-Gaff is riding I need to back him at least once today. This looks to be the logical candidate. I would have been on the Appleby horse, but I just can't bet Alvarado on grass.
