All those winning intangibles Stafford had and the lions made like 2 playoff games in 12 years

He landed on a stacked team with a hell of a runout and they got there by the slimmest of margins. I’m not gonna pretend he’s something he isn’t based on a 3 game sample where the circumstances to succeed were ideal.

It is a 3 hour game anything can happen but GB should be the favs in the nfc

Well yeah he played for the fucking Lions. The fact that he got them to the playoffs 3 times is a miracle in itself.

One reason he got them there is because of how well he played late in games. He’s always been good late in games

He was so respected that he built enough equity in Detroit to go to a team like the Rams

They won close games in the playoffs, but who cares? They WON them, unlike the team in Green Bay. The dude also ended Brady’s career in his own buildint

Rams defense was middle of the pack all year and got hot at the right time. This wasn’t KD Warriors type shit. They were a very good team that struggled for long stretches of year. He also lost OBJ and higbee in that super bowl.

Would Rodgers have even looked to throw to a backup in that game? Hell Rodgers wouldn’t even trust his first string tight end in a playoff game .

Hell Rodgers decided it was a good idea to throw to a double covered wide receiver all night long when he had wide open receivers the whole game

I don’t think playing for the lions (who had pretty good offensive talent for most of his tenure there) is a reasonable excuse for that type of lack of team success. A top flight QB is just going to overcome that more over a 11 year period. It’s a huge sample to do something

But Stafford is a pretty good QB and not an elite QB, so he wouldn’t be able to do that.

He also did nothing in the superbowl after OBJ went down until the final drive, looked completely useless before Kupp went god mode.

He’s a good QB but I’m not gonna crown him as something he isn’t because his stock is higher to people right now.

assuming the world is still here in 11 months, we could be saying it’s Aaron Godgers now, not Aaron Rodgers. That’s all I’m saying

He’s not an all time great but think he’s a great leader who elevates his teammates. Rodgers isn’t that

No there’s no chance buddy .

Don’t do this Daryl Morey type crap. Chemistry and leadership are real things

Hop on the Bengals train while you still can

I had Kupp mvp, blanton/boyd unders and bengals +3.5 in-game right when OBJ died so I know he isn’t waiving to me

Best QB in the NFC easily, Packers should have 1 of the better OL's once Bahktiari and Jenkins get healthy, D should be 1 of the better D's once Jaire is healthy

No need to call 1-800-Gambler (saw the link at bottom of the screen here now lol) if you bet GB to win the NFC at +450, only problem is gonna be for your bookie

Already down to +350

gotta be quick these days

No one is crying and whining

He's a fun guy to root against. Sports are full of those. Just sit back and enjoy it - it's just a game.

I enjoy the playoff shortcomings/profit off of it so I'm elated to see Aaron Rodgers/Packers hype every season.

I get it to a certain point. I root against teams and players myself , but I don't need to let everyone know here to your frequency.

He keeps giving us comedic gold. Hard not to post about it

Posting pics of MJ/Pippen in sync with Devonte Adams before the start of the season last year .... LMAO

What do you think he does this year?

I don't see him slowing down yet. With the team pretty much intact , barring injuries they should be a strong contender again.. think we can agree NFC is down , and the Pack should battle the Rams for top seed.
Might not be a good thing overall imo, their strengths with the passing game suffers in these cold nasty environments. Its not an excuse like you like to say , just a fact..
alot of Rodgers playoff success has been on the road. If you're rooting for the Packers, kinda tough to not root for home field, but you honestly have to ask that question , is it worth it ?

MVP probably out. Rodgers fatigue will set in for that award.

He’s pretty obsessed. He should just make his own “I love it when Rodgers loses thread”. Although I doubt it will be as popular as the LeBitch and Cowboys ones..

Pretty reasonable take
Agree 100% about being on the road
