OK guys, i went out and i have cooled down. Admittedly my posts were out of anger before. i stick to my original post and believe i should be credited and very well may take my money out if they dont.
If any of you "in the know" question me, you can call olympic and ask them about the situation. Its all been recorded. AS they played it back to me after the fact.
I still think there is something to customer service and taking care of your customers, to a degree. If i had called them at 2, that would be something else, but the record shows that i spoke them just after 1. And that my bet is not any larger than any of my normal plays. IN addition, out of fairness, i had no problems with them up until this point. But that still doesnt excuse this situation for me. I have had similar situations before and had the "bookie" allow my play. If thats the way these guys want to operate thats fine, i just dont want to give them my business and i certainly wont recommend them to anyone else. But before i make anymore negative remarks i think it will only be fair to see how i am treated tomorrow by the manager.
