OK guys, i went out and i have cooled down. Admittedly my posts were out of anger before. i stick to my original post and believe i should be credited and very well may take my money out if they dont.
If any of you "in the know" question me, you can call olympic and ask them about the situation. Its all been recorded. AS they played it back to me after the fact.
I still think there is something to customer service and taking care of your customers, to a degree. If i had called them at 2, that would be something else, but the record shows that i spoke them just after 1. And that my bet is not any larger than any of my normal plays. IN addition, out of fairness, i had no problems with them up until this point. But that still doesnt excuse this situation for me. I have had similar situations before and had the "bookie" allow my play. If thats the way these guys want to operate thats fine, i just dont want to give them my business and i certainly wont recommend them to anyone else. But before i make anymore negative remarks i think it will only be fair to see how i am treated tomorrow by the manager.

I personally think the bashing is uncalled for. The guy posts a complaint and we treat him like hes a scammer. seems to be the norm for posters who have complaints. Why cant we just give them our opinions nicely and professionaly. This is a big negative here IMO.

Books should stand up for books i guess, but books sometimes do dumb things & we shouldnt always jump peoples azz because they view a situation as a problem. We should help educate them so that they feel comfortable coming here. Books can get their point across without bashing or is this a representation of how books deal with people?

Not only should books stand up for books but mods should stand up for books and call Ken on his cell when needed. Being a mod is not only taking the trash, moving and deleting threads, telling people to play nice but its about solving issues big and small for the players. The forum is for the players right?

First off general thank you for not bashing. I think i have offered to everyone to email me and i would even speak to any of you guys on the phone if need be. And i would LOVE if someone could speak to olympic to confirm my story. which i am in favor of.

People come here with problems and sometimes they dont understand things like some of us do. many times posters think it is the right thing to do if they take advantage of books when possible, but after some good advise and coaching, they realize that they may be wrong. unfortunately, on most occasions, they get the chit beat out of them instead of being taught some lessons with dignity. It always seems to be the same book advocates that jump their chit. More often than not it is a person who hides the fact that they work for books & it makes the general Rx population look bad.

Most newbees do get the chit beat out of them when they post anything that seems a bit odd..We have to give them the benefit of the doubt, I know we all would want that if we were new.
