Carolina = oppose and under away team after getting shutout away, no rest. 23-48 SU and 20-47-4 o/u. Also Edmonton in nice spot for team winning 2 of last 3 games without scoring on a high % of shot attempts. 42-14 SU and 46-21 SU tighteners of 112-56 SU system with away team on no rest. Of those 168 games only 10x did the away team come in off being shutout and home team won 9 of them. With total >5, like tonight, unders have been decent with 45-61-1 o/u

Ducks in 256-85 spot for big fav off great performance and also in 119-33 SU tightener. Jackets also in the ugly 10-42 SU spot of being unrested away dog off away win. Ducks also back in same spot as the other nice hosting unrested team now 18-3 SU L21

Avs solid 6-22-3 o/u when hosting an unrested team in the Denver altitude which matches up nicely with Canucks 2-12-2 o/u in 2nd of b2b away games. Avs a perfect 13-0 after a home fav loss while Canucks 3-16 SU as away dog off game as dog.

not a PL guy myself but maybe 80% of a bet on regulation, 20% on PL would be fine? When i play dogs i play 1/3 of the bet "regulation", 2/3 with OT included so doing the PL/regulation on favs would be similar. Not something i do but GL if you head in that direction.

to me there's not enough games ending with empty netters to follow it religiously but i cant say i've sat down to run the numbers but i will type out loud right now while figuring it out.

had this figured out at one time but basic #'s would probably say to stay away from PL since 48% of games end in 1-goal (reg or OT) and an NHL team only avg about 6-7 empty netters/year.

but, no, i don't play much (any?) puck lines but i could see putting a portion of your wager on that result and the majority on the side to win

Thanks Tide.

Was wondering if you can add that (PL) to a query to see if it is viable.

Great work as always, much appreciated.

Thanks RT for the empty netter info. Would you possibly know basic strategy numbers as for when teams pull goaltenders down 1 and down 2 goals inside 2 mins or would this vary too much team to team? Thanks

Of course, all 3 hit the PL at nice prices.
