Rain ruined the fishing trip...i don't mind fishing in the rain but when the lake is 50 mins away and open for a couple more months no sense getting wet for no reason.

Tasty odds for bolton in the championship...maybe if the early overs hit i'll ride it

Keep up the solid work. The key is win more than we lose.

I know there is a book out there not sure what the name is but if a red card is issued the bet is cancelled and money is returned.

Can't remember who it was. Not a bad idea if its an option I would love to take it on a large play.

bet365 does that once in awhile - not the red card - but money back on 1st goalscorer if the match ends 0-0. I especially hate losing on Friday because i have less motivation to bet on saturday but back to the books. I actually hit 9 of my last 10 over bets so i guess the overs were due to lose. If betting was easy Southampton would beat Wigan quite easy...it'll be hard to get my off that line but i know a solid match vs city and at home doesn't mean home win. But Wigan should be all but relegated by game 7 this year and S'hamton were solid.

Lots of time to find 3-5 bets..........

Cottbus v St Pauli
over 2, 2.5 goals -125 - 1.25 to win 1 unit
i wrote earlier and still think that cottbus realizes the tight defensive way they played last year just doesn't work. Balls to the wall suits them better and decent start. 1-0-1 winning their home match 3-0, losing 0-3 to a tough Sandhausen (cup) and 2-2 to ingolstadt both on the road. Last year just 11 overs in 34 matches and they finished just 2 points clear of relegation playoff spot. Two years ago Cottbus finished 6th and had 24 overs in 34 matches and three years ago finished 9th with 20 overs. St Pauli much more an over side at home last year but the h2h match did end 1-4. St Pauli should fancy the win after just 2 draws in 2 league matches...hopefully cottbus continues with the offensive style and if so should give up a couple of counters.

i think the other match in german II can be another over but i don't trust duisburg to score any goals right now ... i also think it could be easy to overeact the swansea first win and take them to beat west ham but i think they will be in tough. West Ham nice 1-0 win in their first match and could get at least a draw...tempted to back them outright but too early to know how these two clubs will fair.

very piss no 3rd goal...cottbus player was two feet from a wide open net and somehow shot it wide...just not in the mood to bet anymore today. Too many balls cleared at the line and wide open misses to think this is going to be my day....1/2 loser and maybe tomorrow,

i'm alright ... still a good week for me so far but any early signs of trouble i usually stop.. Funny enough I probably would have played Norwich v QPR over if the II hit. And looking at 1-1 after 19 mins i am glad i stayed away...i think there might be a ton of goals in the chelski match but no bet there either

as for la liga - very hard day imo - the short odds of Betis makes it not worth it but i do like newly promoted sides esp when you beat bilbao 2-4 on the road. I don't think Rayo will do much this year so good shot at a home win.

in the end just my one loser though....WBA scoring late made me day better...and won you a bet..haha.

I look in this forum now and then and tail others for small denominations, mainly for kicks and a thirst for some action.. Yesterday, due to some level of carelessness, I saw this and threw a small play ($60) on over 2.5,3.0 (-111) on the other Lustenau (Austria Lustenau) that was playing at the same time. I had no idea that there were two squads that contained Lustenau in their name. This contest went over in the first 30 minutes (3-1) and I cashed that ticket. Mistakes usually don't work out that way.

haha....i guess dead in the super cup would have been the under....looks like had a kept betting it would have been pretty poor...like 0-3 poor. There is no logic to it but it is always wise to stop when the luck isn't with you in the early game...and ride a streak. As for tomorrow i have one piece of advice;

DONT BET ARSENAL!

no bet is probably smart because we actually are better than last year at this time but RVP sweet goal i'm sure pressure will be on us to do something tomorrow and we don't handle pressure very well (no silverware in eons for a reason). Stoke plays us tough since promotion and we are still working out bugs...i do hope podolski or giroud score just to get the pressure off the 'french bastard' but tricky to take us tomorrow. Of course go Gunners!

i hear loud music and fireworks so going to check it out so no write up for tomorrow German II matches....i am sticking with german ii overs on two despite the lack of that 3rd goal saturday. I am bias towards FSV Frankfurt in the 1st half on the season. they seem to tail off in the end and barely survive relegation.

arsenal's not going to win unless gervinho doesn't start 2nd half or learns to go to his left....1.5 matches so far and maybe 1 good chance to score. We need a true striker or we might finish 7th or 8th this year. Still early but wow is giroud ever a dissapointment...not for 0 goals but just lousy play. The only reason i know he's on the pitch is he keeps kicking the ball out of play.

Still early in the year but poor poor football by us again today

speaking of poor two overs missed -aalan had a goal dissallowed around the 75th min...why i don't know and there was no commentary so i didn't hear the reason. They scored again 10 mins later so who knows but i think asking 3 in that one even with the non-goal wouldn't mattered. FSV Frankfurt saved the morning (kinda). Seems every year take them til christmas (except the vs the bigger clubs) and then after the break fade them.

Unlike yesterday I still think the day can be saved and actually played these last night........

i think Hearts faught hard vs 'pool on thursday and might have trouble bouncing back quickly - -143 is my usually max juice but a lot of draws h2h in the past few years so safer play. But i think -0.25 is okay. I have more reasoning but kickoff is in 30 mins........

i have some norway leans today but going to wait for the start of the scottish match..clearly not my weekend and trying to win for the month....getting harder. GL -

I was poking my nose in Scotland III but then I woke up. Was thinking the Over in Berwick-Rangers match and glad I gave up on capping it.

Sometimes these lower divisions can be hot and cold and extemely unpredictable. I think its lack of TV exposure so no one knows how fixed they really can be and I am sure they are in many cases.

Something tells me your Gunners will pull a rabbit out of the hat today and win. Wenger is a nervous wreck. I think he's second guessing giving away RVP.

after 2 matches Arsenal 0 RVP 1....walcott did more in the first 3 mins on the pitch then gervinho did the whole time he was on the pitch.....now we play liverpool away, southamapton, City and Chelski. Gotta stick with them of course but maybe like last year Arsene has to sign 6-7 players in a panic at the trade deadline....worked so well with Santos, Mertesacker, Benayoun, and Arteta. What a mess.....

roll - if you want a 0-0 game vs arsenal it'll happen every time...keep everyone behind the ball and plug up the midfield....our crosses and long range shots are brutal...nice of Giroud to try and score from 50 yards instead of passing to a wide open Ramsay (ramsay would have missed the net)

perhaps the arsenal bunch want Wegner finally gone so they're missing the net on purpose? Or maybe they are just terrible....maybe the liverpool v city match will be so good you think it was worth 4 hours to watch it...last week Citeh game certainly was

I actually took a double today - very rare for me. I think both Athetico madrid and Malmo win today but i just dont trust the AHs. So

Monday August 27th
Spain La Liga + Sweden Allsvenskan double
Atletico Madrid + Malmo straight wins +104 - 0.96 to win 1 unit
sweden match starts soon so not much explantion but last two h2h Malmo beat Sundsvall 6-0 and 6-2 - last meeting 2008 so no big deal. Malmo 7 wins and 2 draws in 9 home matches. Sunds with just 1 lost in 5 road matches but they've been playing bottom dwellers like GAIS, Gefle etc...they did beat Hacken though. Malmo already home wins vs Helsingborg, Elfborg, Aatvidaberg and Djurgarden....some of the top teams.

As for Athetico Madrid - kinda risky because they do play a UEFA Super Cup match vs CL winners Bayern Mun....Chelski on Friday. But Bilbao selling off two of their top players and perhaps it will effect their play...they haven't played with Llorente or Javi Martinez so it's no shock to them but without those two players they lost at home 3-5 at Betis. A EUROPA win vs HJK not all that impressive because of the level of Finnish football.

So 2 teamers that never seen to hit for me is my play today....GL

i'd expect full atletico tonight and then reserves on monday in Betis. at least tonight they still have 4 days before Chelsea but Betis will come real quick, especially with first game in Monaco then the travel to Seville
