I used to have a seriously negative thinking pattern like yours too. It is nothing to do with the people I was projecting on, but everything to do with me.

Ive met VD he is a good dude. I’ve met BAS too, another good dude.

I've met dozens of people at the RX over the years. Some on the liberal side ( VD for example) Bossie another. Good experiences. Some became good acquaintances, some became friends, even good friends. I'm pretty hard not to get along with or like. I've yet to come across a bad apple yet from here. The real bad apples won't show their faces anyway or will hide from you.

Over last few months , I've tried to eliminate the attacks, or the overly defensive posture with the people I don't agree with politically.. Most of them have more to offer than just politics.. Trying to concentrate more on that these days. Probably be a better forum if we all did that.
