BAS Stiff Update

Its not simply that he spent the contest funds.(though this is beyond fucked up)

It's that once Defying finally called him out on it(hell he gave the guy 3 fucking years to make right) BAS went right to the degen play book. Blame the person you owe me too, try your best to cover it up(he deleted every thread), mock the guy you owe money too...Then if all that doesn't work, run away.

BAS deserves 0 compassion. He never once truly admitted fault. He kept deflecting. He himself said money was never spent on medical bills. So could we all please stop defending him using this excuse. Degens like him never talk responsibility; always someone or something else to blame. If he could have lead off with "i fucked up" and went from there at lest it's a start. But nah...it's the guy that lent you the money and then called you out---definitely their fault in a degens mind.

The only thing the guy was sorry about was this being brought to light. Truly this wasn't a one off with him; I am positive he always gambled those funds he held over the grace period.

I don't mind talking about it, excoriating him for what he did, etc.....Problem is it has reached the point in the discussion that it is basically all speculation. All we really know is his finances weren't as on point as portrayed, not the first person, won't be the last. Once you go beyond that, kinda just flabbergasting your mouth as Emmitt Smith once said.

He is a dime a dozen gambler---to the effect he gambled large sums and was probably grinding small profits to keep head above water. The bottom finally fell out, the large bets multiplied on top of each other. He probably gambled the 30k, lost, had a stroke on top of it and was financially ruined rather quickly. My educated guess---this site was one of his last income streams(how relatively small it might be).

My whole point is---he is indefensible. Reading this "good guy" crap simply isn't true on the subject.

People say don't assume but then they take the assumption that health problems lead to the money loss as a fact. In my dealings that is hardly ever the case.
