I like to start betting on line on football here their places that will not sent your money can you help me

alien0315:

First off, I'd like to welcome you to the RX and hope that you find our site useful and enjoy yourself. As to you question, let me first inform you that our sportsbook sponsors are shown above and you can click on any of them and you will be taken to their site. Our sponsors agree to work with us to resolve any disputes with any RX member should they occur.

Now, as to your question, the selection of a book very much depends on your needs as each one offers different menus of betting opportunities. Therefore, what is good for one player may not be sufficient for another. Rather then trying to determine which is best for you, let me just say that many of our members have found Betjamaica to provide a decent menu as well as ease of deposits and no problems with withdrawls. I hope this information is of help to you and best of luck.

Hi OMT,

My posts are still being reviewed by moderators before they list, sorta annoying when I'm waiting for an answer, can you do something about it? Secondly, does RX have PM now? Thanks ahead!

Big Nauty:

Welcome to the RX. All newbies are placed on post review until we get a sense of their posting. We have removed you from post review and everything should go through now. Secondly, yes the RX does have the PM feature now activated. Just click on User Cp above and it will open up a menu which includes PM. Enable it and your good to go! Enjoy and best of luck.

OMT,
I would like to thank you for answering these question you have already answered some I had. What does it mean to middle? I think it means to place a bet on one team and then a bet on the other when the line changes and win both bets. If that is true why is it sportsbooks look down on that when you are just betting the lines they give you?

An example of middling is taking Team A minus 3 points and taking Team B plus 7 points. If Team A happens to win by 4, 5, or 6, you win both bets. If Team A wins by 3, you push on that bet and if Team B loses by 7, you push on that one. You are basically risking the juice, to try and catch a middle. As to sportsbooks looking down on this practice, some don't care at all while others may. Middling is common practice.

As you know this was strictly a made up example but to answer your question, sides in football don't often move 4 points but do from time to time, sides in basketball move 4 points a bit more often then football, but totals in both football and basketball, do move more then 4 points quite often. Watch for opening lines and closing lines for totals on both those sports and you will seeing a very fair share of middle possibilites.

Not quite sure what you mean by "calculate odds". The numbers you are referring to is the price and juice you pay. Using your two examples and lets say you're betting a base of $100 per play. In this first, you would bet $105 to win $100 while in the second you would bet $100 to win $120. In the first example if you lose, it costs you $105 while in the second, if you lose, it will cost you $100.

Sure. Simply move your mouse cursor over the top of your username and click. You will be shown a menu that allows you to "view your posts".

thanks. im pretty sure i have narrowed my choices of which people to lean on in the Rx service plays so i think i am ready to enter the actual forums.

i have a question though. i read where some folks have their discussions in the threads but seems i may be looking for wrong name(are they different?) or maybe even wrong place.

finally, i hope i am wrong but i did read there are some bad threads involving picks and such. is this normal? im sure its not but how do you weed these people out?

ok, i forgot something. can i ask or let it be known which other sites i have been at. what im trying to ask is if i can reveal my username or ask if anyone has been to another site...

BLAH, BLAH, BLAH....it's late.

sorry to ramble on...

ramble on...

ATSFAV:

Glad to hear you will begin posting in forums. As to your questions, posters are only allowed one approved username, therefore discussions, replies, etc. are all by the same user no matter what forum.

If you are going to follow service picks, there can be some false reports at times but we do our best to try to assure the picks shown are those actually released by the services.

You can reveal or ask about other sites if you wish to, just don't post the URL link in your thread.

Best of luck
