If so, then I'm going to assume that they don't just give them their guns back when they make parole. Maybe they need more (stricter) enforcement? Do you agree?

You can not put people in jail for a mandatory 25 years for possessing an illegal firearm, simply ridiculous!

Pedophiles get less time than a drug dealer & some people want to put people away for 25 years mandatory for possessing an illegal firearm.........lots of backward thinking here in the states by their citizens.

It's like saying let's give all of the illegal immigrants citizenship and by doing that, hope nobody else hears about it. I say close the borders, then deal with who is here. Same thing with all of the violence in Chicago and countless other cities. Enforce what we have, then (and only then), pass stricter laws.

enforce the laws on the books, simple as that. if people went away for real lengths of time the crime would decrease. right now people know they'll be out the next day. this is a routine problem with liberal whites. then you have the white conservative male like loomis who just hopes all the blacks in the city kill each other, regardless of who is the casualty. i still cant believe when loomis cheered on here about the murder of hadiya pendleton.
