LOL. And she just turned 17. Flower over the right ear means she available. I tend to issue more votes for Camille becuase she needs them, but give Jasmine her fair share. Cell phonne redial is great, and free after 9 pm

JPL and Big Red should both go in the next 2 weeks. Those guys are bad. Poor Camile, she is so cute but she wont be around much longer with the way she is singing.

Ashford and Simpson look the same today as they did 25 years ago, simply amazing!

irish - you are incorrect. you can vote as many times as you like. that is why that rocker chick from the first season (with the red hair) made it so far.

as i said all along, camille is not a good singer, and this is coming down to fantasia/georgia/latoya/jen hudson/ and degarma.

Know way Hudson and Degarmo both beat out Jasmine.
BTW, they really do shut down the lines at 11 pm. What happens on the west coast?

Slim.

My friend, you know that Jasmine is only 16-17 years old, Right. If you do, your a Sick Puppy You.LOL. Hey fly yourself to Hawaii, and I'll take you to meet her. She is classmates with my younger cousin at Maryknoll HS. Plus, she only lives like 15 mins away from me. But I will let you know now, that when you get here, if you've never been here before, you will totally forget about Jasmine, as in Hawaii, she is dime a dozen. Trust me on this. Plus she is still a kitten. But Hey, to each his own I guess.

BTW, Latoya is the ONLY one who has a chance at beating Jasmine. She is the ONLY one who shows the class and is a well rounded individual. Fantasia her voice is just so hard to get used to. Degarmo is good, but to freakin Good. YOu know what I mean. The All American Girl, I think they already filled that catergory with Kelly on the first show and we dont need another. Jennifer Hudson, please, she over sings. Camille, I am just glad she is still in , as she is the best to look at, and I like looking it I cant touch.

Top 5:

1. FANTASIA (going away)
2. George (sooooo lovable)
3. Latoya (great R&B star)
4. Jen Hud (Aretha Franklin - needs to work on her presentation though)
5. Diana D. (a bit too commercial and gaining too much weight)

Jasmine is a girl among women.
Camille stinks.
JPL stinks.
John stinks.
Amy is annoying.

If Jen-Hud can improve her presentation, watch it. All I gotta say.

agreed, Fantasia is the winner, but Latoya keeps popping up every couple of weeks with a great song, and puts some fear into me..

I think George really impressed me tonight, but then this was "his" night....He is the epitome of Motown..

i like the young kid John Stevens, but his time is running out...he is simply not versatile enough to adapt to the different themes...I just hope they have "big band" night before hie is gone...That would really be his time to shine.....

I still believe that Jennifer Hudson may actually have the best/strongest voice of them all...but she really needs to work on stage presence....she is trying to show too much "tude" each week, and that hand on the hip has to go...

almost as bad as when Kelly used to hold her stomach....

Fantasia, is Ok, but her voice is just so annoying. I cant believe you guy cant hear it. LOL. Latoya has the best voice of all the black girls. She has and carrys herself with class and is a well balanced girl.

Jasmine may be a girl among women, in physical looks, but her voice is not. She spanked Ass tonight, not only getting Paula's vote, but Simon's as well. In fact and I quote, "the best performance of the night". I dont know, but she looks like a very young J Lo, in some way. Camille she will still continuing on cause she gets all the guy votes. She has mine. Dam she is hot.

Jasmine makes me want to throw up! She is disgusting I dont understand how anyone could like a body or face like that. Her tits are mishaped and small her body is flat like a rectangle and her face has no shape either. Shes VOMIT! I cant look at that ugly thing smile one more time.. aside from that John Stevens needs a big kick in the ass cause he can sing better than that shit. He should be voted off after that performance. They should just be able to sing whatever the hell they want to sing and **** these stupid themes cause not everyone sings the same shit! Bullshit competition. Wheres the Kurt Nilsons singing U2 songs and shit. Enough of this trash! I like my 500-1 a lot better on the bluejays winning the world series than I do john stevens winning after that. oh well! Die yankees and boston!

Well, to each his own. But in Jasmine's defense eventhough I do not find her as attractive as Camille. She is still only 16 which seeing how you described her, you are either her age or somewhere near that. Remember, this was a singing contest not a beauty contest. With that said, there are some in this thread who just are in love with Jasmine and how she looks, so I guess to each their own.

Ok, just got home and watched the show. Here's the GD review.

Camile- definitely her best "performance", finally had some confidence on stage. She didn't "knock one out of the park" but she didn't go down looking, either.

JPL- oh man, I have to agree with anyone that thinks he's terrible. Anyuone that votes for him is voting on his image or "cuteness" alone. Close your eyes and listen, there is now WAY you would want to buy his CD.

LaToya- Not her best, but a solid performance. Song choice was a little awkward, but she still is the most talented vocally. Remains one of the frontrunners and is graceful under fire (responded to criticism well).

Amy- so-so, would have been hard to top last week. She's not the worst singer left, but she doesn't have the fan base or popularity to risk mediocrity. Nice enough girl, but she's living on borrowed time.

John S. -UGH! bad song choice for Mr. Monotone. That was him at his worst, a white guy with no rhtyhm or range singing a Motown classic. He may get lucky and survive, but he doesn't deserve to based on this performance.

Jennifer-oversinging, overdancing-looked like she was trying too hard. Just belts out songs and goes for pure power. Another disappointment for me tonight, will be on the bubble tomorrow.

Jasmine- powerful vocally, confident on stage. Easy choice for a keeper and still a top 4 candidate. Singing one of the judges' songs was a bold and winning move.

Diana- polished child performer, every week she seems more County Fair-ish and her chances of winning diminish. She could be a future Country star, but her chances of winning this are getting longer by the week.

Fantasia- Her unique sound and obvious talent keep her near the top, but there's a definite edge about her that is turning many off. If it comes down to personality, 'Tasia is in trouble, if she can keep herself in check she has a strong shot.

George- If this were Male American Idol, he would win by a mile, By virtue of that, he should remain deep into the competition. Solid, workmanlike performance.

Part 2

Bottom 3 tomorrow:
JPL
Amy
Camile

Pick to go:
JPL or Amy

Should go:
John S.

Updated top 5:
1- LaToya
2- Fantasia
3- George
4- Jasmine
5- Diana.

Right now it's a four horse race with everyone else getting lapped by the field.

Updated Green Doberman odds to win it all:

LaToya 2-1
Fantasia 7-2
George 5-1
Jasmine 5-1
Diana 15-1
Jennifer 20-1
Camile 40-1
Amy 50-1
Jon Peter 150-1
John S. 350-1

As you can see, there are really only four legit contenders left. None of the others have much of a chance.
George and Jennifer were the big movers this week.
Diana's stock is dropping like a rock, and Camile is living on borrowed time.
Jon Peter and John S. delivered death knells to their music careers last night.
