day 1 of this months challenge is in the books,and i started things off with a bang..first off,im very proud of myself for goin out the last two days,some of the worst weather,very high winds,rain,snow,etc,you have to be highly motivated or crazy, to go out in this crap......parked at the bank and decided i'd see how much of this weather i could handle,but after i was out there for the first 30 minutes,i got accustomed to it and said fk it,im gonna do some hikin!...did the bike trail,and the 1/4 mile track,at the college..TWO HOURS AND 42 MINUTES..YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEHA...i probably wont be able to fet up 2mor,but thats ok,i got er done today..im expectin to walk again sunday,but if i wake up tired,ill wait til monday..got to remember one thing about exercise that ive learned,STRESS AND REST..the experts say you should only increase yer alkin by 10% per week,and i increased mine by 20% today,we'll see what happens,but i think the legs will be fine because ive been doin this for so long..one things for sure,after the 2 hr mark,i slowed down quite a bit,hehehe...while walkin today,i began to think,at what point will i attempt the walk to richmond? my thinkin right now is,when i can do 3 hrs: 15 minutes,and still have a little somethin left in the tank,im gonna go for it..have no idea when that'll be....was also thinkin today that all those fkn hills ive climbed,are beginnin to pay off.....buut,who knows,i might not be able to get out of this recliner 2mor,hehehe......ive never experienced anything as liberating and exciting as bein out on the road......'keep the continue'
