68 degrees,wind blowin so hard,it'll almost knock ye down...to give myself a break from these hills,went through my neighbors pasture to avoid the highway,and walked to the shell station,up the road..27 minutes to get there,(picked up the local paper),then 29 minutes comin back....for the most part,was able to avoid traffic on the road,and only encountered 2 small hills....56 minutes was a bit more than i intended to do,so i'll probably only walk about 25 minutes this evenin...my 30 day challenge is to do no less than 80 minutes worth of cardio every day....very much enjoyed the change in scenery,(if not for the wind) and in the future, this will be a welcomed alternative,to the hills...soup beans,brussell sprouts,cornbread and butter,hot cup of decaf (black) for dinner..will have apples,oranges,and or popcorn for snack...'keep the continue'

42 degrees today..gonna start off day 9 with a big cup of decaf,and a benchpress set..not goin to do any hills today. need to drive into town,so i'll probably do mornin cardio there...'keep the continue'

hiked to store to get paper,(not in yet) 61 minutes, round trip,(took detour to get mail)....would have been better if i hadnt had to spend half my time dodgin low areas that are under water.rained all night..'keep the continue'

did some walkin,but most of the evenin was spent movin a tree that fell across my driveway....thats all the exercise,i need today!... day 9 is in the books,only 21 left....'keep the continue'

day 10 is here..41 degrees,and supposed to hit 58..already finished coffee and a deadlift set...because of the tree across my driveway,didnt make it to town yesterday,so i'll go today,and probably do my cardio in the big city...'might go by the college,and walk their 1/4 mile track..havent been by there in a month or two...keep the continue'

ps: been splenda free since nov27,coffeemate free since dec 14...its amazing how discontinuing these two seemingly harmless items from my diet,has changed the way i think about food. the only sweets i use are fruits,1 tbsp (raw and unfiltered honey) & a generous helpin of applesauce,on my buckwheat pancakes...in my experience,ingesting artificial crap,causes us to crave artificial crap...the only concern i have is possibly eatin too much fat.. seasoning for beans,eggs,butter.....buuut,had blood test a few months ago,and cholesterol was fine....'keep the continue'

did a little 25 minute walk...down to mailbox,and around my neighbors farm...will go back out either before or right after sea and gb game..im ready for some football! 'keep the continue'

25 degrees,supposed to make 44..day 16 is here,and dont time fly when youre havin fun! one cup of decaf down,and one to go. i very much enjoyed walkin around the college the other day,and im thinkin about goin back. goal today is to walk for at least 60 minutes..'keep the continue'
