68 degrees,wind blowin so hard,it'll almost knock ye down...to give myself a break from these hills,went through my neighbors pasture to avoid the highway,and walked to the shell station,up the road..27 minutes to get there,(picked up the local paper),then 29 minutes comin back....for the most part,was able to avoid traffic on the road,and only encountered 2 small hills....56 minutes was a bit more than i intended to do,so i'll probably only walk about 25 minutes this evenin...my 30 day challenge is to do no less than 80 minutes worth of cardio every day....very much enjoyed the change in scenery,(if not for the wind) and in the future, this will be a welcomed alternative,to the hills...soup beans,brussell sprouts,cornbread and butter,hot cup of decaf (black) for dinner..will have apples,oranges,and or popcorn for snack...'keep the continue'
