day 18 is here,and its 27 degrees..after benchpress set,need to take a trip to library,so will park car somewhere in town,and get in at least a 1 hr walk..'keep the continue'

Hey Mr. Hognuts, awesome work and staying motivated! You might find joining bodybuilding . com and their forums. You can create a journal in the journal section and get tons of feedback from people who are also motivated themselves. Not trying to persuade you to post there, but it might help you stay motivated and thats what its all about. Good luck!

parked at the shell station,walked to peoples bank,came back toward the house,went down old wallaceton rd and back...ONE HUNDRED AND 4 MINUTES WORTH OF CARDIO...thats the longest session ive had since last summer..next goal is to walk for 2 hrs.....'keep the continue'

day 24 of challenge,only one week to go..yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeha..24 degrees,windchill 10....wind from wnw 17 mph....already got a benchpress set in,and coffee drank..lets go get some road!! 'keep the continue'

day 25 is done,WALKED FOR 2 HOURS AND 5 MINUTES..drove to shell station,walked down south dogwood for 70 minutes, 50 minutes comin back,5 minute cooldown..actually didnt need a cooldown period.kept a steady pace,but priority today was time,not speed...already thinkin about settin a goal for the month of feb,and it might be to see just how far i can walk...road where i was at today,excellant,,not much traffic,plenty of level grass or gravel on the side...would give anything if the immediate mai road to my house was like that.nothin but a fkn ditch on the side of the road... my midnight snack is cornbread,turkey bacon,big cup of black decaf...'keep the continue'

day 27,and its already 31 degrees..will miss the sports reporters again,cause im gonna get it done early..hmmm,,,,whats more important,tv,or my health? goal today is 2 hrs and 6 minutes...one thing i need to make clear,on these long hikes,im not walkin very fast,just cruisin along...after a benchpress set,ill hit south dogwood,walk til i get tired,then turn around and come back..cowboys work aint never done..lets go get some road!!!
