havin a mug of hot cocoa this mornin..used cocoa,2 packets splenda, powdered milk..dont expect to make this a habit, but from my experience,if you really want somethin, treat yerself then go on about yer bidness, feelings of deprivation will cause you to go off and eat a half gallon of ice cream..ouch.....anywho,this is just an experiment, been splenda free at least 2 months, and if this causes me to crave splenda, carbs, etc, all day, that'll be the end of that...dont know why but cant ever recall cravin chocolate in any other form, but do remember as a child,in the winter time,3 or 4 times a week,my dear mother would put that big pan on the stove, fill it full of fresh cows milk, and get that big tin box of hersheys cocoa down from the shelf.yeeeeeeeeeeeeha...but heres the kicker, everybody knows that homemade hot cocoa needs a designated little boy to 'stir the cocoa 'so it wouldnt stick, and needless to say, i'd always position myself nearest the stove cause that improved yer chances of being chosen as the stir person..by the time it was done,i'd be full as a fat rat and my older brothers would want to beat my ass,hehehe..(had to take that tablespoon and 'test it')... my first and last essay on the life and times of hot cocoa in buckettown,ky.....supposed to hit 49 degrees today, might take a trip to walmart and get some popsicles(sugar free)...'keep the continue'
