Hognuts,

You've been on your exercise routine for almost a year now, congrats. I think it becomes habit after a few weeks, but many seem to drop it before it does become a habit.

Like Raoul, I'd like to know your current weight/stats, if possible.

You've progressed greatly this past year, was great to read about it.

Keep up the good work.

O U C H....winter is here in the bluegrass...supposed to sleet and snow this evenin, time to get out the gloves and longjohns...think ill go for another stroll, before the sleet hits berea....i mentioned that i was goin to get a vest the other day,but i didnt, went to walmart, and the only ones they had were too small.i live in a very small town,we dont even have a sporting goods store,so ill have to wait, til i go to the big city.(im very conservative, especially wih gasoline, unbelievable) LETS HIT IT! while fixin coffee this am,i noticed that id used one of those large sacks of splenda,in 2 weeks.thats too damd much, and ive decided to get off that shit...drank coffee today with only coffeemate, and it wasnt bad,ill get used to it,or quit drinkn coffee...went to grocery and got some applesauce to sweeten cereal with.(no sugar added,is the ky)applesauce is what i used before i got on this splenda kick.ill get used to it,or quit eatin cereal...there are many reasons why i need to get off the artificial stuff, too numerous to mention right now, butthe primary one is,i want to get my taste buds reconditioned to enjoy natural sugars.i did it before, and ill do it again...im also goi to sto eatin anything with high fructose corn syrup, and yes that includes my beloved corn flakes..ouch.that one hurts, but ive got to do it,for my health...went to health food store and go some kamut, puffed rice, and granola.all organic,if it aint sweet enough, ill put some applesauce in it.(actually already tried it..mixed all three cereals with the applesauce, and it tasted great.next time im goin to throw in some cinnamon.) ill bet those three cereals would be good with some old fashioned quaker oats.not cooked, but throw them in the oatmeal after its cooked and it in the bowl...'keep the continue'

mrhognuts, I too like the applesauce with no sugar in it. It only takes a couple servings to get used to it.
