not sore at all today,so i guess i didnt do too much joggin last night..very encouraging...its one pm,and still only 70 degrees,got to love this weather..think ill go do my calisthentics,and a few minutes of light walkin...today is squats day..ouch...'keep the continue'

went behind the soccer field..did 70 minutes worth of walkin 2 minutes,then joggin 2 minutes...good workout...jogged up a few small hills...added 4 minutes,to wednesdays time....joggin every other day is great.....no soreness,feel stronger,etc....'keep the continue

was out for 70 minutes today..35 minutes walkin,and 35 minues joggin...at 2 different times,i jogged for 10 consecutive minutes.....no soreness..joggin muscles felt stronger...tuesday,ill probably up the ante a bit...maybe walk for 10 minutes,then jog 10 minutes.....sooner or later,ill be i good enough joggin shape,to jog the whole hour...'keep the continue'

had appt at drs office in the little town next to me...i got there early,anticipating scouting out,a new place to walk...i found one,right next to the drs office...a new soccer field... nice walkin...very smooth..gettin psyched for 2mor..curious to see how the joggin 10,and walkin 10,for at least an hr, works out...'keep the continue'

walked for 4 minutes,JOGGED FOR 37 MINUTES..then walked for another 20...felt really good today...was at a park-baseball field,etc...did most of my joggin,at the baseball field...on the warnin track,and all the way around the inside of the field..dont know what you call it,but they had put down some kind of ground up gravel,etc...and it made for an excellent joggin surface.....the more i get into joggin,the more i look for softer ground,and an even surface..sure does makes a difference....feels great to be able to jog for 37 consecutive minutes..buut..i hope i didnt do too much..i plan on doin pretty much the same thing on thursday,if im able..hehehe...'keep the continue'

a MONUMENTAL day for me..went to the bike trail this afternoon.warmed up for 5 minutes,and then JOGGED FOR 60 CONSECUTIVE MINUTES..thats not a typo..jogged for one solid hour,but heres the good part..the first 1.9 miles of the bike trail,is slightly uphill,and i had challenged myself to give it all i had,and see if i could jog uphill for that distance,and then maybe improve on the 37 minutes that i did tuesday...well,i made the first leg of the trail in 29 minutes,turned around and headed back,initially just tryin to do 40 minutes,buut...all of a sudden it got cloudy,looked like rain,and felt like the temp dropped,5 or 10 degrees..anyhoo,after i hit the 40 minute mark,i got a second wind or somethin,and decided to give it everything i had,and see if i could finish the trail,and or last for 60 minutes,and i did...YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEHA....i cant put into words how it makes me feel,to be able to do,what i did today....ive worked since last thanksgiving day,to condition myself for this,and i cant hardly believe that ive done it....i think what finally put me over the top,was to make myself take it easy,every other day,and then to jog,every other day...what a difference,when you allow your body to rest,and recuperate....i learned one hell of a lot about recovery,from bodybuilding.com...heck of a site,if you want to learn about stressin the muscles,resting,then doin it again.,and ultimately,gettin stronger...tomorrow,ill probably mess around with the weights,and walk for 20 or 30 minutes...cant believe it,but im lookin forward to saturday...ps..i was so tired,i forgot to stretch,and was in the car,headed home,before i realizd it..hehehe...i NEVER forget to stretch,cause if i dont,my legs get so sore,i cant walk...what a fkn day! got in a 20 minute walk,and thats all i wanted..i can tell that i jogged for an hour yesterday...buuut,ill be fine tomorrow...now my goal is to get up early enough to get my workout done before the football games start...a cowboys work is never done...'keep the continue'

its qtr past 7,64 degrees..took yesterday off,so im ready to go this mornin...my goal is to see to see if i can jog for another hour..its a tall order,but i think im conditioned to it...'keep the continue'

changed things up a bit this mornin,and went to the soccer field...after a 5minute warmup,i jogged 4 miles,in 58:45..yeeeeeeeeeeeeha....one thing is for sure...joggin on grass,is easy on the feet and knees,but even when the grass is short,that small amount of resistance,makes it much harder than the track,or asphalt...4 miles.in less than an hr,every other day,is my goal,for this week...intend to jog wed,fri,sun,then ill re-evaluate my progress,and see if i need to slow down,or if im conditioned well enough to 'KEEP THE CONTINUE'....

went back to the bike trail,did the first half in 28 minutes,(slight incline)and comin back in 26,(slight decline)...54 minutes...thats several minutes better than the last time...wasnt actually tryin to go faster,just tryin to take it easy, and get it done...one thing is for sure..joggin that long,wears my ass out..i came home,hit this recliner,and it was all over,for about 2 hrs..hehehe...might do some strength trainin,while i watch the game tonight...'keep the continue'
