hiked the hills behind my house for 33 minutes....33 minutes doesnt sound like much,but its a good cardio workout.3 hills almost straight up........being as a new year is upon us,i feel the need to challenge myself to increase my cardio output. this will be tough,but im goin to give it a try,for 30 days. the route that i took this mornin,im goin to do again this evenin,and repeat that routine,for the next month.if its too much,ill adjust,but i really want to see if i can hang...goal is to balance out the weights and cardio...have been gettin into the strength trainin,and notdoin enough hikin..'keep the continue'
