GREAT THREAD. NEW TO THIS SITE.
I AM 5'10" AND 255 LBS. SICK OF THIS SHIT. I MUST STOP THE INSANITY:ughhh:
WHERE DO I START? THE GYM? WALKING THEN GYM? I KNOW I EAT NOTHING BUT SHIT. I KNOW THAT I DRINK TOO MANY COKES.
I WAS WATCHING THE TV SHOW "THE BIGGEST LOSER" AND ONE OF THE TRAINERS SAID THE FIRST START WOULD BE TO STOP DRINKING SODAS. I HAVE STARTED BUYING BOTTLED WATER AND CUTTING BACK ON THE COKES.
HELP.......

i make a point,of watchin,'the bigges loser'...need to remember what it looks and feels like,to be obese......my advice is...do 2 things,startin riht now.....get your diet in check..start eatin whole foods..cut out all processed stuff..sugar,white flour....this stuff is terrible.....learn how to cook,veggies,so they taste good..use ms dash..vinegar..black pepper..onions...peppers,etc,to liven stuff up.....learn how to cook beans....crockpot,is mandatory........then,get out every mornin,and walk for 45 minutes,to an hour...no excuses.....throw in a bit of weight trainin,in the evenin,or every other day......next..read this whole thread,and you will see,that this aint easy..talk is cheap...look at how many guys,who started off like a bat out of hell,and after a month or two,when they see how hard it is,they give up.....you have either had enough of bein fat,or you havent......now the good news....exercisin,and takin care of myself,is the most rewarding thing ive ever done....when i was 295,i was embarrassed,to walk down the street,now,at 212,im embarrassed for all the fat people,that i see,when im out walkin....last but not least..set yourself,a long term goal,that is realistic,annnd,attainable....keep the continue'
