now,the rest of the story....for the longest time, about a year and 6 months,i havent had a bite of peanut butter...didnt keep it in the house, cause id eat a huge jar,in a day or two...now that my body is back in balance,i want to see if i can control the pb,or the pb is still controllin me...got an18 oz jar of peanut butter, and a 32 oz jar of grape jelly...on the pb jar,it says,1 serving =2 tbsp=180 calories,18 servings per container.......the jelly says,1 serving =1 tbsp =50 calories=45 servings per container..wheeeww...for my snack, after a meal, between meals,or whatever,im gonna mix 1 tbsp pb,and 1 tbsp jelly,(no bread)and see what happens...i believe i can deal with this in a responsible way,if not,it'll be another year, before i have any pb in my house.....ps,this aint low fat,or sugar free,OUCH.... from what ive learned, the key to controlling snacks,is to treat them like what they are, somethin extra.AFTER you have ate your veggies, protein, healthy carb...of course,im goin to always take into consideration, that after my meal,im gonna have about 200 calories worth of pb&j.....'keep the continue'

I don't know if you are using meal/protein shakes but I have started to use 1 tablespoon of peanut butter in my shakes and I love the taste now. I'm a huge vanilla flavored protein and then mix in bananas/strawberries and now mix in some PB.

It will satisfy your personal taste for peanut butter and provide a way that you don't eat too much in a sitting. Using PB and J sandwiches you can really load up the PB.

Great success so far.

just curious, why did u think that site was a scam?

You need to go to youtube.com and search the author Kevin Tru(?). 20/20 did a story on that first "natural cures" book and found it to be a fraud. The uncovered that he has never been found "guilty" of fraud is because he plea deals out of everything.

The guy is a complete rat. Save your money on the book.

The guy is a modern day salesman of the emperor's new clothes. There are alot of people out there that are against big drug companies and he is using their hope that drug companies don't want you to get well so that you have to keep taking the drugs. He paid $22 Million in infommercials and yet has made millions. WOW.

How tall are you....4'5"? I currently way 250 pounds and wear 40" pants comfortably. How the heck do you weigh 220 or so pounds and still wear 40" pants. I would think you should be around 36" pants at that weight.

Keep on keepin' on!
