thats 80 lbs,in about 14 months,and 45,since nov 22..YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEHA.im a fat fightin mfer...
Great work Hog, you're an inspiration to everyone reading this thread.

Hopped on the scale this morning, 260.4, ohh yea! It's like taking a 10 pound plate off my back and dropping it on the floor. I feel lighter already. Got a couple of more to go, but it's a snowball effect now. Every day that I eat healthy it becomes more and more easy to keep it up and keep the weight off.

Going to aim for just walking and jogging outside for as long as it is still nice out, hopefully that will take me through October. Then I'll switch it up because I'm not a fan of the cold, and start some indoor cardio and some weight training. Gotta have a long term plan, right?

ivy,you can get a lot done in 3 months..last winter,i walked almost every day..i hadnt planned on that, but after i seen the weight was goin to come off,as long as i continued to work hard,i couldnt even enjoy a football game, unless i had done at least some walkin..once my priorities changed, and i put my health, before my "entertainment"i began lookin forward to the daily challenge..1 year ago,i would have never believed, that id get more out of exercise, than i would football......since ive put exercise first,i enjoy the games, more than i ever have.....'keep the continue'

7:22.and its 71 degrees, here in ky.....to use the drs words,my blood test result, were perfect...triglycerides=108....ttl cholesterol=151...hdl=39...ldl=90......one of the reasons ive been workin my ass off,is because i anticipated havin this blod test done, and wanted to see if a healthier lifestyle, could make a difference...welll.when the doc says..'your blood test results came back perfect'..theres nothin else to say about that...sure does feel strange,to not be workin on my blood pressure,cholesterol,etc....must say i was concerned about cholesterol, because i probably eat too many eggs,bu as long as the tests continue to come back like that,im not goin to concern myself with it....i think a lot of good exercise, can overcome, too many scrambled eggs.....those 13 laps down to the mailbox, flat wore my ass out yesterday..buuut,i feel strong this mornin..might just grab that hill and body slam it a couple times.....it aint over, til yer dead.....'keep the continue'

Had a couple baseball games this weekend, nothing big to report. Looking forward to tonight. Plan to walk/jog over to the football stadium and run up and down the steps. That workout kills me every time, but in an odd way I look forward to the challenge. Just have to be careful towards the end because it's mighty steep and the legs get heavy on the way down.

had an xray the other day,and they said there was a possibility of cancer,so i had a ct scan, with the dye,and they have come to the conclusion, that its probably just old damage, from all my yrs of smokin.....scared the crap out of me....ive got an older brother, who's goin to have part of a lung removed, this week...i quit smokin,10 yrs ago,but my brother, has continued,up until 5 weeks ago.......from here on out,im goin to have regular xrays,ct scans,etc,whatever......ive been scared straight............glad that shit is over..........walked to the mailbox and back 5 times this mornin, might do another short session, after supper, but ive got to say,its one humid mfer in berea ky...at 8 a:m,it was already 80 degrees...........still ecstatic, about the results of the blood test.....when i stop and contemplate, how the decision i made, last thanksgiving day,has totally changed my life, its a tremendous feeling,to get up in the mornin, and not be consumed with my weight,to be able to just go out and enjoy life again...to have soooo many people complimenting me...i dont mean to brag, but its the truth, and bygod ive earned it..........its all good...'keep the continue'

'tested' it a couple times, and wound up eatin 2 bowls, before it was thru cookin.............im mrhognuts, and i approve of this chili......'keep the continue'

went for a 32 minute walk..id like to say how much enjoyable it was,but it wasnt...96 degrees,in the fkn shade...the only thing i enjoyed about it was the challenge,of walkin when its in the 90's...i hadnt walked when it was that hot,for quite some time, and i must say,it wasnt as bad as i thought itd be....from my experience, there seems to be l more oxygen in the air, when youre around trees...the road that i walked on today, and my driveway, each have trees on either side of the road, and that makes all the difference in the world....no way in hell id try to walk in the city,on a day like today....that mysecond, 30 minute session today,i think that chili, has gave me some additional energy..i put a big cup of it, in my scrambled eggs this mornin,hehehe.......if i dont ge too lazy, ill go for another stroll, this evenin, but i did notice that theres a couple football games tonight, and even though its preseason,i still love it......today,in te 5th inning,of the braves and mets game,i decided to go for a walk..i wont do that in the middle of a football game,so im gonna need to adjust my walkin schedule, especially on weekends.....from another perspetive, theres not a better time to walk, than autumn, and i personally enjoy it more in the evening........a year ago, walkin, would sometimes interfere with football, now, after practicing a healthier lifestyle, for over 8 months,im very proud to say, that it looks like football might occasionally, interfere with my walkin.........'keep the continue'

drove to town, parked by the bank, walked around the college, down to the soccer field, and back to the car,55 mnutes, was a very pleasant,75 degrees, and i enjoyed the change of pace...i also stopped,4 different times, and did pushups,stretches,crunches,squats,etc... for the past month on most days, although i dont write about it,ive been gradually addin these exercises,to my routine,it breaks the monotony, and when im finished,i feel like ive had a complete workout.....'keep the continue'
