WTF hognuts...you have gone to another level....I'm hovering around 265 but the last couple of months I am eating everything in site...but there lies the rub, I am eating healthier and exercising at least 5 time a week...so I've lost 100 pounds in 4 months and lost only 5 pounds in two months...but my clothes fit better, I am sleeping better, and my sex life seems to be better{no jokes please}.....I am taking a 6 week vacation starting next week and I plan on losing 30 pounds during the vacation, HOPEFULLY....take care Hognuts and keep up the good work....
viejo, where ye goin on vacation? nothin like a change of scenery,to reinvigorate the old psyche...this weight losin deal is so unpredictable, just about the time,i begin to think im never goin to lose another pound,i drop 2 or 3..it has also been a while for me,since ive dropped any fat, buuut,my tshirts tell the rest of the story,i can now wear several of my 2xs,my 44w suit pants, fit me good,44 shorts same,,but ive got a few 2x dress shirts, that im probably another 5 pounds away from wearin, all these clothes are several years old,so while i might look and feel better,i wont be a fashion plate,hehehe....viejo,it seems to me,after you have been exercising, and eatin healthy, for 6 months or so,everything, and i mean everything changes, while i have established some healthy eating habits, that i will continue, for the rest of my days, what i eat,has become secondary,to the exercise, right now, theres not one item, that i would not eat,if i wanted it,bad enough,i think my metabolism has changed so much,it would take a month or so,of bad eating habits,to reverse it,im not goin to worry about an icecream cone,or a piece of pie(although i still wont have more than one at a time,in my house, hehehe, that way,i control the food,it dont control me,but if i kept more than one servin of either one,i would talk myself into eatin it) ,i credit all this to the exercise,i like to get that crap out of my system every day,and the only way to do that,is to get the heart pumpin........'keep the continue'
