try to walk in the morning on an empty stomach, or some black coffee if you want to to speed your heart rate. That way your body doesn't have any food calories to burn, and you will persuade it to burn fat.

woke up this mornin and im down to 245,,yeeeeeeeeeeha,,now im goin to te bike trail and get myslf 4 miles,losin a couple lbs is motivating as hell,,woof im glad you got in here,it reminds me of how bad i want to get down to 235,(by april 1)which for me will mean i can wear my suit that is 44 inch waist,viejo,i think we are goin to make it,you must be awfully proud of yourself,this shit aint easy,robo,i always try to walk on an empty stomach(just water or coffee,from what ive read,it might help....gotta go and kick that trails ass!!!!!

Good going Hognuts....seems to me you are still motivated....keep up the good work.....hopefully I can get down to your weight by July....44 inch waist seems pretty good to me and a goal that is reachable by the Bash....Going to Thailand at the end of March and my friends over there have already signed me up at the local health club.....will be there for 3 weeks.....

guys,its 44 degrees right now in berea ky,i love walkin when temps are around 45,,yesterday the last 2 miles i jogged every other 100 paces,was a good workout,wasnt so hard on me that i couldnt go back out today,buuuut the last few 100 paces i was thinkin about this recliner,hehehe,gonna go have myself 4 more miles.

ive been at this new lifestyle for 3 months now,i have read that it takes app that amount of time for your body to actually change,and from the way i look and feel i believe that to be so,feel like im drivin a new car,,while ive only lost 15 lbs since nov 22,it feels like ive lost a lot more,a side view in the mirror aint nearly as sickening as it was,,,cant wait til i get to 235,thats what my nephew weighs and he is always callin me his fatass uncle,,i dream about weighing less than him,might take all my "fat clothes"and dump em on his fkn porch,hehehe....sure feels good to wake up with energy and lookin forward to my walk,im even beginnin to enjoy the light joggin,,what i need is a little less talk and a lot more action,,gonna celebrate my 90 day milestone by KICKIN THAT TRAILS ASS THIS MORNIN!!!!

went to berea college 1/4 mile track today,did 4 miles worth of walkin 1/4 mile,then joggin 1/4 mile,,2miles total of light joggin and im tired,goin to throw down on this foot long turkey sub and a cup of decaf from mickey ds,finish it off with a quart mason jar of h2o that i keep in the fridge and illbe ready for 2morrow.

only did 3 miles today but i accomplished a goal that ive had on my mind since i began on thanksgiving day,i jogged for a continuous 1/2 mile on a regulation 1/4 mile track,things are changing slowly,but they are changing,those rubber based tracks are sure easy on the feet,if i didnt get bored,thats the only place i would walk,its goin to be in the forties all of next week,im lookin forward to it,spring is around the corner here in ky,im ready for it,by april 1 ill be inpretty good walkin shape,,im only losin 5 lbs per month,that doesnt sound like much but in 9 more months,at that rate,ill weigh 200 lbs..yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeha

viejo,i sort of doubt it,iceman is talkin aboutpossibly havin one in cleveland and that is somethin i might consider,,im about 120 miles from cincinnati,never been to cleveland and i need to find ou how far it is from cincy,i take my grandson to a reds game once in a while and thats not too long of a drive,,sounds like fun viejo but im not big on drivin 1500 miles.

went back to the track this mornin to see if i could get somethin done before the games,i walked for 1/4 mile,JOGGED FOR 4/4 MILE,walked 3/4 mile,did 50 situps,4 pushups(dont laugh)before today i had been doin them on the trunk of my car,to do those 4 regulation pushups meant a lot,when i started i could hardly do one on my car,(im very aware that i was doin womens pushups,very embarrassing)...52 degrees here in berea ky,a great day to be alive! ps: two major milestones for me today,doin regulation pushups and joggin for a continuous mile,the thingthat is so encouraging to me is that after joggin that mile,i still have plenty in the tank,instead of layin down in this recliner im sittin up in it,hehehe..will go out this evenin and do a couple more miles,if its not raini so hard i cant see.
