These are guys we read about in the news that are in court and being charged with rape.

So now because I don't agree with you and don't make this chick a martyr I am a rapist? I feel bad for what happened to the girl and I think that dude needs his ass kicked but that is about as far as I think it should go.
Humiliation is not a crime and that is what this guy is guilty of he humiliated a girl who he was supposed to care for. Pretty dick move on his part.
I for one feel that this particular crime falls under the "acquaintance rape" category and not the "college rape" or "date rape" category. I think that it is a crime that is accused just as much as it is actually committed (Kobe Bryant). A lot of girls get that thing called buyers remorse after having sex and start to make themselves believe they were taken advantage of or raped.
Under the letter of the law this girl was indeed raped. But myself personally I feel if your girlfriend/wife is sleep and you attempt to wake her up with your dick (not because you wanted to forcefully have sex with her but because you were horny and wanted your loved one to satisfy you) it shouldn't be a crime. I also feel if your girl or guy it is not in the mood and you make them have sex with you anyways by hounding them then it is not rape. (remember if a girl says no once and you keep trying then she surrenders it is still rape in the court of law)
For the record I have never forced myself onto anybody. I have fvcked insanely drunk girls before (some even in and out of lucidness) but once I heard the words stop, no or don't I stopped. I even hooked up with a girl once who was drunk she didn't know what she wanted. I was drunk and I am on top of her and I am taking her panties off and she blocks me with her hand and says stop. So I start to climb off of her and she says comeback and rips her own panties off. So I figure its cool and got on top of her again and start kissing her again and fingering her and getting ready to screw her but then she mumbles no again. So I get dressed and put a blanket over her naked body and leave the room. Of course she is calling me back but I decided to make the decision for her. I figure in her drunkeness she is battling her inner slut and knows she wants to fvck me but she doesn't want me to think she is a slut hence the pendulum swing. The last thing I want her to do in the morning is wake up naked and realize I fvcked her and her wondering if she wanted it or not. Then one of her man-hating friends telling her if she wasn't sure if she wanted it then it was rape becuase I took advantage of her when she was drunk. Which obviously wasn't the case. Regret doesn't mean rape.
Point by point here for NES:
1) Nobody at all called you a rapist.
2) He not only humiliated her but he raped her.
3) A girl cannot have remorse unless she is conscious and actually knows she's having sex.
4) She is sleeping not unconscious. Waking her up and her responding is different than having sex with an unresponsive corpse.
5) You still did not tell me how old you are. If you don't want to say then no big deal. It is relevant to the discussion and why people disagree.
I am 33 but that has no relevance to this discussion. Age or maturity is not whats in question.
All I am saying had the dude not put her on the internet no police report ever gets filed. If this guy would have had sex with her in her sleep then maxed out her credit card and he told her he did both. She would say why did you max out my credit card when I was sleep asshole?
