The law says sleeping with someone who can not consent is rape.

Well if that's the case, I've been raped by lots of girls I've dated cause there have certainly been plenty of nights when I could not move, yet some girl wanted some.

Thankfully I'm a normal guy and my parents do not see me as being harmed by these awful rapists.


The law is ridiculous, like many laws in our country.

If you are married to a girl or dating a girl and have slept together many times, unless she says no, I think you pretty much have her consent to sleep with her again. If hypothetically I was dating someone and she's sleeping at my condo, and we go out to dinner and get drunk, I wouldnt think holy shit, she probably feels tonights rape, but this morning was consensual.

It's a grayer line if its a first time and one party gets drunk, but bottom line, if you get drunk, deal with the consequences.

Rape in my book is when one party says stop and the other party forcibly keeps going. Now that doesn't agree with the written law, but many things dont.

Unfortunately in this country, if you grow 12 pot plants or whatever you are a distributor - that's ridiculous - the best defense should be you should be allowed to smoke them in front of the judge.

I read today that 22% of Michigan's budget is for prisons and that if all non-violent drug offenders were let out countrywide, all states would have their budgets balanced.

The fact that the government wastes taxpayer money on locking up people who get high or in this case a drunk chick and likely her boyfriend who acted like an ass makes me sick. He deserves to get the shit beaten out of him or for her to get some kind of revenge, but he certainly doesnt need to go to jail unless she had not previously allowed him to have sex with her.

Like I said in one of my earlier posts that the Judicial system is a business. Although federal and most states collect our taxes and have pie charts that says our money helps the courts and prisons keep this country safe by putting criminals behind bars and maintaining order in society. It makes far more money off of the actual act and conviction of a criminal than it could ever pull in out of yours and mines tax bracket. Let me explain....

1) This country would be so poor if the act of crime was never committed. Just think about the population of people behind bars and all of the victims of crime that die everyday. Well that is a pretty big number. So how would these people be employed or housed in a country that makes their money on outsourcing and importing? Then you can even add to the population number by the offspring those would be criminals and victims would had in the course of their life.

2) The amount of jobs that are a product of the judicial system is huge. You have lawyers (defense and prosecution), Law schools, judges, prison guards and so on. Plus you can just think about all of the jobs that are in relation to document control to keep these places in order. You could even go as far and say that there are extension jobs because of the judicial system. Such as the people that manufacturer the clothes and supplies the foods and sanitation to the prisons. A lot of jobs man. Employment = lifeline.

3) What do you think happens to the money from all of the evidence and seized property and valuables from these criminals? That shit gets auctioned, sold, pumped back into the street for profit.

4) There is not a criminal who doesn't have to pay a fine or restitution to the courts. Believe me they collect on that shit.

5) Rich criminals. They love them because they can get them to pay hefty fines for pleas to stay out of prison or at the very least go to a club-fed type prison.

6)Bail. You know deep down inside the courts are praying for people to jump bail, because when that bail gets forfeited and they collect on those homes people put up as collatoral or savings accounts they emptied to keep a loved out of jail while on trial it is pure profit. They know you can't run forever. Secretly the courts must hate bounty hunters because those dudes are taking cash out of their pockets if they recover the bail jumper in time.

Trust me this is a cash cow of a business and as long as people in this country do dumb shit like film themselves eating out their girlfriend in front of a live internet audience. We will always have money to bailout these banks and automotive manufactures when they make bad business decisions.

I was watching 20/20 last night and they had a story on this college party that got out of hand. This girl was getting hammered and was flirting with one of the guys on the baseball team. She kept drinking and she ended up in the room with this baseball player and 7 other guys. Well she ended up having sex with all of them. 3 other girls tried to get into the room to save her but the head of the baseball team told them to screw off she asked for it. Well eventually they got in and the girl was inconscious with vomit in her mouth. They got her out of there and took her to the hospital. They girls blood alcohol level was like 3.5 near death level. There is no way she could of consented to have sex with anyone let alone 8 guys. Anyway they baseball players ended up getting off. They said they didn't have enough evidence to prosecute. I dont see how it's possible not to prosecute with her having a BAC of 3.5%...

I will tell you how they got off. The evidence in the case didn't persuade the jury to give this girl a pass because she was hammered. Just because you are drunk or high out of your mind doesn't mean the world needs to handle you with kid gloves. If she would have gotten behind the wheel of her car with that BAC level she easily could have killed someone.

When you hear those words "Drink Responsibly" it is so you can protect yourself. Bad things happen can happen when you go on a bender or party hard. I don't what it is about alcohol that makes ALL girls and women get flirty and horny but we know it happens, they know it happens and you better believe the jury knows it happens. So doing something or having something to you when you are drunk out of your mind that normally wouldn't have happened to you when you are sober is not an excuse. It sucks that this happens to people but this is what our society consists of so people should do their best to avoid getting caught up in these situations.

What happened to this poor girl would be the male equivilant of a guy getting happy drunk at a casino and blowing wads of money at the tables on bad bets and crazy tipping everybody he sees and buying top shelf drinks for every person that makes eye contact with him.

These type of things happen to people who get shitfaced in public. Unfortuantely for drunk females they aren't breaking out the cash when they get drunk they start kissing and flirting and just letting that liquid courage make an ass out of themselves. I have been at bars and parties where some drunk chick is dick grabbing every dude she bumps into wheter he is single or not. I have heard other chicks at bars even wish something bad in the sexual way happens to that chick. Strangers rarely takes pity on a person being drunk in public. If I get drunk at a bar and grab the wrong girls I could wake up in the morning with a black eye. If a girl gets drunk in a bar and grab the wrong guys dick. She could wake up in the morning with a swollen pink-eye.
