I am not an attorney, but I am wondering if in instances like this one if someone should be infested shortly after the economy is
opened up and dies, whether there are going to be numerous wrongful deaths lawsuits filed against governors of the state in which
Coronavirus deaths occurred.
My gut feeling is that it MIGHT be difficult to prove the cause and effect in a case like this, but I am quite sure there are skilled and confident lawyers
who will take on cases like this one because they believe they have a solid case.
