Here we go:

Ext. 9 Repetion of pricing for TOY.

As usual the usual spin and omissions re: the totals record including the 0-2 record GOM THIS YEAR!!

THE COLLEGE TOTALS COMP of THE WEEK IS UNDER HAWAII 48.

Ext. 3 THE COLLEGE COMP SIDE PLAY OF THE WEEK IS OREGON ST. + 10 1/2.

There is as usual lots of conflicts and confusion between what is stated on the two extensions.

I listened twice and while it is stated that if someone wants the TOY only, it will be $100 and all of the totals including the TOY, it will be $125,

it is not stated how much extra it will cost someone who has the $175 package which includes the TOY, Saturday sides and Sunday NFL and who wants the rest

of the Saturday totals.

I am going to use the $29 which has been used in other weeks with similar promotions.

FWIW: and Savage can prolly vouch. His Saturday Marquees are better then anything he Sells on his LTP card for $150 Saturday. Haha. And you get 3 for 1 pricing. If no one post his Marquees, I’ll make the purchase/call 15 min befor 1st game and post.

Not a great start going 0-3 so far and with AF in jeopardy of losing as of this moment.

ps one other thing I should point out about these alleged great records of certain types of records in some cases going back a lot of

years.

The question is how do we know for sure they are legitimate and/or that Steele/C used a made-up line to make a loser a winner or perhaps

they simply called some L's a W?

Lets face it-they know damn well that even if it is possible, no one is going to take the time to go back many years and tabulate

their records for each of these glorified records.

Lets just say that at the very least imo it is possible they have fudged some of those records knowing how scandalous Phil/NC

operate.

Nice 1-7-1 day with one more play to go-most of the losses were not even close.

However they did win their TOY on UNDER Virginia Tech.

I wonder what will be stressed tomorrow on comp. line-lifeline please!! lol

Yeah give NC credit for a couple of good weeks, but now reality sets in once again and they are once again back to their

rightful LOSING ways, which have defined them at least as long as I have been documenting them going on four years.

Don't worry though- if the current now 16-8 run on sides(not counting the outcome of the Tulsa game), I am sure Phil

will program his computer to find a better long-term record no matter how many years it has to go.

And of course we will get the usual bullshit with their recap to try to distract you, using the top totals play record over the

last two or three years rather than the tally for the Late Phone Totals for the last weeks which have been lousy even with

the TOY winner today.

Oh yes even though Todd won't admit it, the TOM for both September and October both lost.

As I have said before and will say again, Phil Steele/Todd/NC with their deceptive and sleazy record keeping remind of a

middle school or high school kid who is failing badly in most of courses for the semester but who gets lucky on a quiz and

gets an A.

Well you know the rest of the story-he runs home and shows his parents the A but does his best to hide the actual report

card when it arrives in the mail and/or is given to them so that his parents are not able to see the REAL TRUTH as to how

he is doing.

Savage count again. How about 1-7-1. UAB was a push at 6 and not a win. A lovely day for a football only service. What a joke these guys have become.

Crown-I changed the record in post 607 once I discovered the error-thanks for pointing it out though.

Yeah they suck all right over time no matter how hard with their fabricated, slimy and deceptive record keeping they try to convince

you otherwise.

Do you have a breakdown of their records for college sides, college totals and nfl picks for the entire year?

If you look at the recaps I do every Tuesday, you will see weekly and cumulative recaps for college football and the NFL.

In all honesty, I don't and have never broken down the college sides and totals into separate categories for no special reason-perhaps I am

to lazy and/or on some level believe that I would be playing their game by so doing.

If you notice I don't recap the Marquees or the opinions either as they carry no official rating.

In short for me Late Phone Plays are just that, ie the most important plays, and imo are what count in assessing how NC is doing.

What is truly fascinating is this week is shaping up as almost the exact opposite of a week in September when they lost a GOM but won all of the other

making it a 9-1 day.

This time the TOM won and so far nothing else, meaning it is going to be either a 1-8-1 overall or a 2-7-1 day if Tulsa comes back.

If this isn't an instance of the old saying, "What goes around comes around," then I don't know what one is.

And also imo it just further corroborates my belief that most of what Phil Steele/NC compile every week in the hundreds of hours of work

they put in is interesting to a few football purist fanatics but over time has very little relevance/consistency to who covers the point spread and in essence is

just overkill irrelevant garbage.

1-8-1 on the day as Tulsa goes down.

If my figures are correct, 25.2 units were lost today, which puts them behind for the month of November, a month which Todd the Turd

claims is and has always been their best month, which is a complete lie and bullshit as I have documented at least over the last four years.

Don't be surprised though if on comp. line tomorrow besides bragging about the TOY winner and lamenting everything else

which lost, Todd says something along the lines of "this is only our third losing college week in the week before Thanksgiving going back to", well

I will let Phil Steele/Todd figure out what year or come out with some other line of shit before quickly and without shame or remorse

moving on and pumping the Sunday NFL Card with some more bogus daily specials.

Early look

Not much can be added to yesterday's total disaster resulting in a 1-8-1 day the TOM nothwithstanding.

I inow that the chances of this happening are virtually zero, but the RIGHT thing for Phil Steele/NC to do to show their compassion/remorse for anyone who got

slaughtered yesterday would be to give away the entire card today for free rather than to charge probably the $75 for anyone who doesn't have

the picks included in one of their packages.

Some things are a lot more important than trying to extort every last cent out of consumers and especially so when a service like NC

has a totally abysmal day like yesterday.

As we all know, the script never changes with NC week after week, month after month and year after year, and that is why revenues have plummeted

for the last few years and there is very little respect for Phil Steele and/or NC itself.

Back later after the comp. message is out.

Here we go with my recap pf their recap.

If you are new to this thread and haven't read many or any posts, this post is all you really need to know at this point as to how Phil Steele/NC

conduct business.

As predicted yesterday, while admitting and recapping the day for yesterday(0-5-1 on sides and 1-3 in totals), Todd doesn't state it was an overall 1-8-1

day-I guarantee if it was the other way around with the picks, he would have said it was an 8-1-1 day overall.

Also as predicted he emphasizes that TOY won.

What I find interesting here (and some of it is to his credit but not all), is that unlike some services NC doesn't have billion star locks, etc. and their highest

rated plays are 5 stars or 4 1/2 stars for totals.

On the one hand this protects themselves and clients from incurring big losses if a play goes down, inasmuch as these Games of Something are rated only slightly

higher than their normal 3 and 4 star picks respect that/

However the other side of the coin is that if a Game or Something wins, they can crow about it and simply hope that folks won't remember that

according to their rating scale that the game should not have been played all that much bigger than their normal rated plays.

Ok-the next thing is that Todd brags about is that it only the first losing Saturday in November.

Well that is nice and true, but last I heard Sunday counts also, and they are behind for this month.

In short what really matters here is that they have had two winning weekends in November(the first two) and two losing weekends(the last two with

one more to go , ie Saturday that is as Sunday is the first day of September).

More importantly Todd doesn't even hint that yesterday's disaster wiped out all of the gains overall for November and that at the moment anyways

they are in the red.

What also bothers me is that as is usually the case)and as I predicted) there is no compassion nor sympathy shown for those who got slaughtered

yesterday.

Instead all we get is the word "disappointing," which for me is very impersonal and makes it sound like all Phil Steele/NC care about is their

record per se with no empathy for their clients.

Also as predicted and in line with what I said above, its right back to their usual Sunday pricing for $75 to get all of the Late Phones, like

yesterday is over and forgotten and its back to business time with no discounts to anyone.

That's it.

THE PRO PLAY OF THE WEEK IS MIAMI + 10 1/2.

From previous post-Sunday is the first day of September).

Bad typo/not thinking on my part-it should obviously read December.
