Why do I feel like the ex-boyfriend has a hand in this? He seems a little too close to the situation.

The known facts really seem to indicate a suicide. She died of a single bullet to the head and gun was near her. If someone killed her they wouldn't just leave the gun there.

My guess would be that after ther Thursday arrest, McNair went to her and probably told her that they were done and he didn't want to see her anymore. She probably didn't like that. Just my guess. Maybe she demanded some loot to keep quiet and he got pissed.

I suppose but I believe they said she died of a single gunshot to the head. They would probably know pretty quick whether the placement of that gunshot indicated suicide and they seemed to indicate that they really weren't looking for suspects which tells me that the shot screams suicide. Anything is possible I suppose but it looks pretty strong suicide.

Yea and I bet the guy is dancing right about now knowing he got away with it. Most cops don't really care and just want to get things over with.

I don't know if he's married or not. That's not why I said that he might have almost deserved it. I said it because my theory is that he was probably playing her or something like that.

Anyways, who knows what happened. I still don't see why it's not possible that there was a killer. As far as ballistics go, couldn't the killer have put the gun in the woman's hand and made her pull the trigger so that she's have gun powder on her hand or something and make it look like a suicide?

Nashville police have ruled McNair's death a homicide, but have refused to classify Sahemi's death. McNair suffered four gunshot wounds on Saturday, while Sahemi received just one. The gun was discovered underneath her body.
McNair was found sitting on the sofa. Kazemi was lying on the floor.

By the way, she is an Iranian who came to the states via Turkey just a few years ago....

Anyone else kind of surprised how this one is being swept under the rug in a way? It's already a second page story in most places. Maybe it's getting overshadowed by the MJ stuff.

I suspect that your either right on the money or very close to being right on the money...

Apparently they had been seen drinking in two bars that night.

An agrument ensued over (fill in the blank - her recent DUI or Steve wanting to break it off / or not being willing to divorce his wife or the girl wanting more walking around money).

And when drunk people and fire arms are in the same vicinity, bad shit happens.
