The known facts really seem to indicate a suicide. She died of a single bullet to the head and gun was near her. If someone killed her they wouldn't just leave the gun there.

here is what I find weird:

1) if she shot herself, why was gun under her as she lay flat on stomach on floor? (kinda weird)

2) When the other guy walked in and found them, why was his first phone call NOT 911?

No, they were still married.

I just wonder if she was pregnant, and just told him, Mc Nair says "im not leaving my wife for your skank ass" or "thats nice, but im outta here" and she flipped and shot him.

Here is my theory into what happened:

Steve meets this young girl and starts to date her and buys her nice shit like a car and vacations and puts her up in an apartment. Steve tells her that he loves her and he is going to leave his wife and blah, blah, blah. She buys into the shit but not really.

Fast forward to Thursday morning and the DUI arrest. Steve was probably driving the SUV and convinced her to switch places so it doesn't become a media DUI arrest. She gets arrested for DUI while Steve quickly bails in a cab instead of waiting around (I find it strange that Steve wouldn't be allowed to drive his own vehicle home that night). He bails her out of the station and probably hinted at spending less time together because last night was a close call and he doesn't his personal life to put on blast for the world. She then fully figures out that she was just his fuck toy and the crazy Iranian decides to go buy some heat to most likely commit suicide.

Then comes Friday night early AM on Saturday. She calls Steve talking about about being depressed and how she was going to kill herself if he dumps her. So Steve went over to the house to try to put out the emotional fire and the conversation went bad and she took him out and then killed herself.

The reason why the police are waiting for 100% confirmation on a murder suicide is because it is not to often that a chick puts two in the chest and two on the dome on her victim. It doesn't really scream crime of passion as a crime of passion tends to be more sloppy such as shots to the face, hands or missed bullets. Just think OJ Simpson when it comes to crime of passion.

I never understood how come people in a relationship try to get into another relationship. It could only end badly.

Call Girls are the way to go when cheating on your mate.

There are a lot of questions are will never be answered, but suffice it to say, this case is all but wrapped up. Why he was shaking up with a 20year old, who took off at age 16 with some guy is totally beyond me. You get what you pay for. McNair could not keep it in his pants, and he paid the price. I am proud to say that my wife and I hae been married for many years, perhaps more than just about anyone else in here. I have never done something like that. If you are married, and want something else, be a man and divorce your wife.

I'm not saying you're not right...But did you see pictures of Steve's house in the Nashville newspaper? http://www.tennessean.com/apps/pbcs...20090705&Kategori=NEWS01&Lopenr=705007&Ref=PH

No way in hell was he interested in giving half to his wife in a divorce.

Compare that to the "crash pad" condo. http://tennessean.com/apps/pbcs.dll...04&Kategori=NEWS01&Lopenr=907The040807&Ref=PH

Steve was perfectly happy with staying married and porking his young piece of ass on the side...

Reminds me of the pet python in Florida. Killed a girl last week. Turns out the guy didn't have a license, the cage wasn't secured, etc.

People want to talk about fate, destiny, tragedy, etc. But usually, you can trace the tragedy back to poor decisions.

McNair didn't deserve to die. But he did make poor decisions.

There are a couple of strange things in this case. I find it odd that they still are not officially calling it murder/suicide, 4 days later, even though that clearly is what it appears to be.

The 40 minute delay in calling 911 is also strange and at the press conference yesterday, a reporter asked a question about the crime scene being cleaned up, although the police spokesman denied that.

There's nothing strange about this at all. The police have to be 100% sure they are correct here as it's a high-profile case. If it takes 4 days or 4 weeks why does it matter as long as they get it right? Determining who shot a guy in the head and chest is not easy and I'd rather have them get it right.

I say you are just about spot on here. Air McNair had time to "stew" over things by himself (hence out drinking without her). You better believe that drugs were involved somehow also. If the ex boyfriend Norfleet did in fact do it, I say even he was jacked up. But had he done it, I say he lets Kazemi live. I do think Norfleet helped Kazemi get the gun somehow. Norfleet could have talked her into getting the gun. A 20 year old chick wouldn't begin to know how to go out and buy a piece.

Norfleet could have been w/ her comforting her while Steve went out without her and could have been in there when Steve came in. He could have made Steve have a seat while holding a gun to him and the chick flips after he does Steve in so he had to do her then once she is dead holds the gun in her hand to add shots into McNair. Also, powder residue on her hand doesn't mean shit if someone forced her to shoot Steve. Maybe she wouldn't cooperate so she had to go also. We will never really know. Sad.....

McNair was trying a quarterback sneak with the wildcat formation when in fact he should of been in the shotgun set trying the run and shoot.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Police confirmed Wednesday that ex-NFL star Steve McNair's 20-year-old girlfriend killed him before turning the gun on herself.
They said they may never know what was going through Sahel Kazemi's mind when she shot McNair in his condominium early Saturday, but interviews with friends indicated she was becoming increasingly distraught over events in her life, including financial problems. Police said she also suspected McNair was seeing another woman.
She told a friend on Friday that "My life is a ball of [expletive] and I should end it," Police Chief Ronal Serpas said.
Police earlier had labeled McNair's death a homicide, but awaited further tests and investigation before saying for sure what happened.
McNair, a quarterback for the Tennessee Titans most of his career, met Kazemi six months ago at a restaurant where she was a waitress and his family often ate. She seemed happy and eager to build a life with him, but something went wrong.
Kazemi had recently told an associate that her "personal life was all screwed up." She had mounting debts and her roommate was moving out, which would have doubled her rent.
"We do know that she was clearly sending a message during the last five to seven days of her life that things were going bad quickly," Serpas said, though there was no indication she told anyone she planned to harm McNair.
Serpas said detectives learned that Kazemi recently found out about another young woman she thought McNair was romantically involved with and even followed that woman home, though she did not confront her.
Police believe McNair was asleep on a sofa at a condominium he rented with a friend when Kazemi shot him in the head. She then apparently shot him twice in the chest before shooting him again in the head and then shooting herself.
She sat next to his body and tried to position herself to fall into his lap when she died. She did, but her body slid to the floor and ended up at McNair's feet, Serpas said. The gun was found underneath Kazemi.
Her family told reporters Kazemi was so confident McNair was divorcing his wife of 12 years that she was preparing to sell her furniture and move in with him.
But associate Mike Mu, who has worked with McNair's charitable association for years, said McNair's wife, Mechelle McNair, "didn't know who this girl is." No records of divorce proceedings have surfaced.
Two days before the shooting, police stopped Kazemi driving the Cadillac Escalade sport utility vehicle that McNair gave her for her birthday in May.
According to an arrest affidavit, Kazemi had bloodshot eyes and alcohol on her breath. She refused a breath test and told an officer "she was not drunk, she was high." She was charged with DUI. McNair was with her but not charged. He later made her bail.
Serpas said that even though the Cadillac had both her name and McNair's on the title, she was apparently responsible for making payments. She was also making payments on another car after failing to sell it.

McNair didn't deserve to die, but he made Kazemi make payments on the car, the one he supposedly bought for her birthday. That's a birthday present?! What a cheap ass! Also no shame in cheating on his wife then to boot he was also fooling around with another girl in addition to being with Kazemi. No wonder she lost her marbles and killed him.

I'll say this. I grew up with Steve McNair and he was a solid dude. The cheating on his wife and etc. Alot of us do the same things, and it is a natural thing to do imo. He was king of Nashville, I feel bad that he died, but this broad knew the gravy train was ending and she just didn't want to get off by herself.
