SA, They don't care about their projections, they have nothing but disrespect for their customers. Arrogance runs rampant throughout this company and starts at the top with one of the most conceited, arrogant, self centered person I have ever known!

Well, Eric sorry that you have gone through bad times with them. It is just SO POOR CS, it makes me sick.

I will NOT let this THREAD die NOR will I STOP in getting them to STOP misleading their customers.

It is DOWN RIGHT WRONG. I continue to bump this thread until it happens.

Jay thinks he can help, I would love to get answers!

Have a good night all,
SA

And one last thing for tonight. I do NOT BUY INTO the fact that it takes them THIS LONG to do ALL OF these FRAUD searches....Come on. You mean, places like WSEX, WWTS, and some of the other BIG BOOKS that can do SAME DAY PAYOUTS INSTANTLY do not have to go through this process.

EXCUSE 101 IN MY BOOK, (HIRE MORE PEOPLE)...GET IT done or change the website AND STOP MISLEADING CUSTOMERS.

Thanks,
SA

Excuse me brain surgeon but if I had conflicting interest then why would I offer to help him?

I did work for them for close to 4 years but no longer do as of April 15th of this year. Would it matter wether I do or don't? I can help SA wether or not I work there or not. I still know everyone there by first name basis and have 80% of the staff on some type of chat engine or email.

Eric....what is your problem? You have to be another book that just can't keep up! Man you really sound bitter......you have a hard on for these guys......I just don't get it.

You seem to have a problem because they are so big...is it jealousy?

Why do you have a problem with them going after square business?

I read this site...I post not so often....and some of the people here never cease to amaze me.

You guys praise books here....that take about as much action in one month as sportingbet takes in one night.....anyone who knows anything in this industry knows these guys are the biggest(of the honest books) in the world.

Why shouldn't they cater to squares....do you think everyone shoud be in business to cater to wise guys.....rule number 1 in business......BE PROFITABLE!

Eric....you have a grudge....and any intelligent person can see right through your childish posting.

SA..do yourself a favor. Let Jay help you...the guy is a stand up guy and will do whatever he can to help you.

SA I do want to say this though.....you say your through with them.....well that is your choice...but I want you to think about this for 1 second......you have never read anywhere that this book uses stolen databases.....that this book has hired other people from other books....that this boo has stiffed anyone.....that this book won't honor a line......you don't hear any of that stuff about this book or this company...because it just doesn;t happen......is customer support an issue.....absolutley.....but anyone can tell you, when you have over 100 clerks to be hired in Cr..you get some good ones...and some bad ones.

If you decide to stay....ask them if you can have different customer service rep.

Good luck

Sponge, I could not be more lucent and if you could read you would be able to ascertain the information. I'll make it really clear for you, I don't like the egotistical, arrogant, self-absorbed guy that runs this operation.

Jealous, not at all! We do live in a world where one is able to make his/her thoughts public and I choose to let you and others know how I feel about this operation. You don't like what I write thats your personal right.

I could care less whom they cater their business, but do it with honesty and integrity.

Childish, again your are entitled to your "opinion"!

Brain Surgeon, not in this lifetime, maybe in the next, yeah, maybe in the next!

They do. It's hard to fathom the operation until you actually see it.

SA,

First, your withdraw is processed immediately. It may take 24-48 hours to appear in your account, but as far as it being processed... it happens the moment you make the withdrawal.

Leno has a strong understanding of what it takes... Nobody... and I mean nobody clears CC's better than SportingBet, Wallstreet.com, Sportsbook.com, etc.

WHY?

Because nobody is better at ferreting out fraud then they are. Meaning they look at withdraws VERY closely. They didn't get to be the biggest because they were stupid, and they always pay (albeit maybe a little slower than some).

The bottom line is that their is NO SAFER book in the marketplace than SportingBet.

RE: Your email... Do you have a AOL, Hotmail, or Yahoo email address? AOL blocks many books correspondence. Hope that helps.

Straight from Wallstreet.com:

Cash Withdrawals
We accept withdrawals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and all withdrawals are processed with 48 hours. Their are a number of different methods of payment you can choose from. Check, Fedex, Bank Wire, and in some cases FirePay.

Click Here to Begin the Withdrawal Process

Note: On any withdrawal, Wallstreet.com will first credit back to your card any funds that you have charged to that card. The rest of your winnings will be sent using the method of your choice. For example, if you deposited $200 via credit card, your current balance is $500, and you wish to withdraw $500 dollars; $200 will be credited to your card and the remaining $300 will be sent via the method you choose.

Personal Identification Number
Your Personal Identification Number (PIN) is required before you can withdraw any funds from Wallstreet.com . It is a further step in securing that only you can access money in your account. This number was sent to you via email when you signed up.

Having Trouble with your Withdrawal?
If you are having trouble, please call us 24 hours a day at 800-996-5828 and we will be able to assist you. You may also e-mail our cashier at cashier@Wallstreet.com. All e-mails are answered within 24 hours.

Exactly ACIDKID, Thanks for proving my point! The WEBSITE IS WRONG! AND MISLEADING. It is DAY 3 and NO MONEY, FURTHERMORE They stated to me that they DO NOT PROCESS WITHDRAWALS ON THE WEEKEND. EXCUSE ME BUT IT STATES 24/7 ON THEIR WEBSITE...HUH?

yep, I appreciate you just proving my point futher. This is TOTALLY WRONG.

Ok I will even say 3 days FOR FIREPAY. Well, Guess what today in day 3 and THEY DO NOT DO WITHDRAWALS ON WEEKENDS.

WRONG, AND Thanks again for proving my point futher.

Jay, where is the help?

Sponge - ALL I'm wanting them to DO is STOP MISTLEADING THEIR CUSTOMERS.

1. TELL THEM THEY DO NOT PROCESS WITHDRAWALS ON WEEKEND.

2. TO LET THEM KNOW ON THEIR WEBSITE THAT THE WITHDRAWAL COULD TAKE UP TO 5 DAYS TO PROCESS.

Thanks,

SA

Acidkid,

Then tell us this when we sign up that there having problems with AOL. COMMUNICATION, and very POOR CS.

Please read my initial POST, This is a FIREPAY withdrawal. (my goodness). They work JUST like Neteller.

Again, If they need this much time to check you out for Fraud then state this on their WEBSITE.

Misleading. End of Story, and it is proven with the withdrawal process that is occuring with me right now.

Just remember, I initiated the withdrawal on WEDNESDAY. This is before the supposebly Thursday morning cutoff (THAT IS NOT ON THEIR WEBSITE).

Thanks,
SA

I will agree they are safe and that they will pay, eventually!

That they became so big by not being "stupid", its called a little luck, perhaps fate, hard work and a fortuitous mention on ESPN! The latter being the most significant component of the overall success.

That it takes them so long to payout because they are "ferreting" possible fraud is absurd, and with any reasonable and forthright CS would be "ferretted" at the front end! Its called stalling, period and has always been a part of their elusive, sortid strategy!

I am in no way being vindictive but merely stating facts as I interpret them!

And in conclusion my only point is that there are better books for players to associate, and business endeavors!

And I am under the impression thats what this medium is here for, to enable gamblers to find the best place to play for their gambling pleasures!

I did not know they made players wait a month or months, but I know they have nothing but irreverence for posting mediums. Therefore, most time spent on these forums is just a waste of your time concerning sportsbook.com as they are confident that forums like this could never influence their untouchable business!
