No they did go to a dime line this summer. There lines do stink, and you can't buy any points. Believe me I'm done with them and the whole entire family.

But, I will make sure or at least attempt in every way to have their website change. It is wrong and misleading ALL of their customers or potential customers with FALSE information on withdrawals.

Very sickening in my mind.

Sorry to hear about your problems.

There are several books on this site that will pay you immediately. I have actually been on the phone with a customer service rep. and had the transaction clear on my computer before I got off the line.

Glaken - That is the way it should be...I'll even give books 24 hours (even though this is too long) if they need it. BUT, 48 hours and then to tell you that it is going to take another 3 days because they do not PROCESS withdrawals on the weekend. Let's see..

Wednesday I initiated the withdrawal and Monday I will get my funds...UNACCEPTABLE.

And to TOP it off, their website says nothing of how it really works other than the withdrawal will be processed in 24 hours??

Just keep in mind all that play at the sportingbet family, THEY DO NO WITHDRAWALS ON THE WEEKEND.

I'm sure these guys will pay you, but they should realize that with books paying out in UNDER 1 HOUR - like Pin, Panam, BlueGrass, Oly, Canbet, and probably many others ... that this is simply bad business.

Lander no props taking away from the books u mention but they couldn't fart and have the payouts that these guys process daily and that increases tremendously during football.

I agree Jay, maybe they do take that much action. BUT even 24 to 48 hours is completely wrong with what they tell their customers and furthermore, HIRE MORE PEOPLE if they can't get it done in a reasonable time period.

Thanks,
SA

They can't send checks on the weekend. Last I heard banks were not open on the weekend. 48 hours to process meaning to put you on the sheet to be processed meaning check your account rolling your balance if you have bonus making sure your address listed matches your billing address if you came in with a cc. Checking to see if you have related accounts double popping us on games or bonus scams. It's not all cut and dry as making a withdrawal. Marketing is so huge for Wallstreet.com and getting many many customers which means the more customers the more chance for fraud.

Hire more people dealing with withdrawals means giving more "possible" holes for leaks. The people processing the withdrawals have been there 5+ years and ARE very trustworthy. You know how many people would like to get there hands on that customer list? I couldn't tell you how many times I was offered to get what I could and I could have a piece. My parents raised me better though.

Jay - That is totally ridiculous. Please go back and read my initial POST. It is a FIREPAY withdrawal. This works JUST like NETELLER.

CHANGE THEIR WEBSITE THEN IF THEY CAN'T PROCESS WITHDRAWALS IN THE TIME PERIOD THEY TELL YOU TO, IF THEY NEED THIS MUCH TIME TO CHECK ALL OF THIS OUT! THAT IS THE BOTTOM LINE....I would have never posted up with them if it was going to take the 5 DAYS to check out whether I'm a FRAUD...THEY ARE THE FRAUD BY WHAT IS STATED ON THEIR WEBSITE.

Thanks, and Sorry

Last thing sorry

24 - 48 hours just to process and THEN 3 business days for a Fed Ex and 7 - 10 working days for a credit back to the CC or a bank wire.

It's not 5 days it's 2 days to process and then a firepay I'd say the following day. I would call and bitch about it. I can help if you like. Let me know.

And please don't give me all the excuses..How come most of these books listed above offer SAME DAY PAYOUTS. I'm sure they have to do the SAME checks that WALLSTREET does.

That is also a JOKE. They need to change their website because it is misleading the CUSTOMER that is the bottom line.

Thanks,
SA

Well Jay, I have bitched and complained. It has been over 48 hours and will be until Monday until they claim they will process it.

Even that is wrong with what is on their website. They claim FIREPAY withdrawals are done in 24 hours. Unbelievable.

The clerk also stated to me that THEY DO NO WITHDRAWALS ON WEEKENDS...EVEN THOUGH THEIR WEBSITE CLAIMS WITHDRAWALS 24 HOURS 7 DAYS A WEEK.

I can understand Bank Checks and Wire Transfers BUT if you're going to offer FIREPAY and then claim it will be there in 24-48 hours then it should be there.

I'm not sure how much you can help but I'm determined out of this whole thing that they change their website SO ALL CUSTOMERS FULLY UNDERSTAND THEIR WITHDRAWAL POLICY.

Thanks,
SA

If you can help me get answers I'm all for it.

1. Why does it take this long for a FIREPAY withdrawal when their website states 24 hours for ALL withdrawals? and why is it on their WEBSITE THEN?

2. Why do they NOT process Withdrawals on the weekend AT ALL, EVEN though their WEBSITE STATES 24 HOURS 7 DAYS WEEK?

3. Why DID NOT RESPOND TO 1, NOT 1, EMAIL I SENT THEM. Even though on their website they claim they respond to email within 24 hours?

Thanks, any help would be appreciated. I'm looking for answers because this IS COMPLETELY MISLEADING.

Thanks,
SA

Jay Leno quote:

Nonsense! Takes 5 mins. to process a withdrawal, its called bad CS and they don't care. They are an apathetic, callous operation with no respect for their customers, unless they lose! Hell , if you lose they will even send you a T-shirt or a golf towel!

and you know ALL they would of had to do was to tell you this on their website but they don't...THEY mislead you to believe that it will be processed in 24/48 hours. Oh and by the way NO withdrawals over the weekend.

They DO NOT WANT TO LOSE CUSTOMERS because they know they can't compete with their competitors withdrawal policies...

THEY SCREWED UP..

The player should have been paid by now. No question. It's a competetive market, graded mostly on timely payouts.

I believe that Jay. An issue that is not addressed often, but has seen some news lately.

It certainly sounds like he did....I would love to get some answers because there is nothing they can say that would hold ANY WEIGHT TO WHAT THEY CLAIM THERE PAYOUT POLICY IS....
