Jeffrey - PLEASE, all I ask is for you guys to read! and what my point is in this whole matter...Come people, READ my initial post before commenting.

I know I will get paid...THAT IS NOT THE POINT. THE Point again, is how I'm getting paid and what is on their website which is VERY MISLEADING....

This is A FIREPAY withdrawal, NOT FEDEX, NOT BANK WIRE.

Thanks, and PLEASE PLEASE Read.

All you have to do is walk in your bank and see if you had a bank wire to go in your account or try to on or about xyz date for this amount. Are you really waiting on that information?

VG report them to the FBI and just mention money laundering and you will get massive results.

I believe VG had problems with Linesmaker. There is another very detailed thread regarding it....

I do not want to confuse the matter with what my point is.

They may be safe, and I will probably get paid it is just how I'm getting paid and what is written on their website, which I insist is completely wrong.

Thanks,
SA

Honestly I believe they don't have a ton of Firepay business therefore it MAY have been overlooked and or skipped over.

Jay -

Thanks, and I can understand this but they need to go back and review this process. I'm not wanting to cause harm but I hope you can see my point.

I reviewed the website before posting up so I fully understood their withdrawal process. I met the requirements and played by the rules.

This is why I'm frustrated and then to get the responses I got from the clerks were just unacceptable.

I appreciate your understanding, and again I mean absolutely no harm. I hope this can 1. either change their website to reflect better how they operate or 2. make changes to process Firepay withdrawal with what is stated on their website.

Thanks again,
SA

Graded by payouts on the players side... graded by ability to bring money in on the bookmakers side...

Players should not overlook that fact. The books that are the best at clearing funds IN do so partly because of a superior credit rating. That's the best indication of a books OVERALL health as a business entity.

RE: SA... I totally hear you. I play at Wallstreet and Sportsbokk.com and never had a problem. I just looked at the withdraw info at Wallstreet and I believe it has been amended. Obviously, they're not disrespecting you now...

Interesting...AcidKid, I just got on to check and they certainly did...KUDOS, to them for stepping up to the plate and changing this information.

They have made the change to process withdrawals in 2 BUSINESS Days.

So in my case,2 business days (Thursday and Friday) and 1 day for Firepay to clear the funds, I should get my money on Monday which was stated to me by the clerk.

This is exactly ALL that my point was, I knew I would get paid but it was just misleading info on their website that got me frustrated.

Thanks ACIDKID, and I'll let you know when I receive my payout.

Again, Kudos to the Sportingbet family for making this change.

Thanks,
SA

SA - Might not happen! Looks like they're down right now - maybe another DoS attack?

Just so you know, I'm also sick of books that mislead customers... BoS and SBG says they are the biggest - that's a LIE...

To me the Wallstreet/Sportsbook guys seem pretty stand up over all. Maybe not the best service, but they certainly do listen.

Just my 2 cents anyway.

AcidKid - Please don't scare me! :) If it doesn't happen tomorrow then they better be ready to communicate this to me properly. I do not think they are under a DOS attack. It seems like all of the WG sites were down for an upgrade. Right Jay?

Actually, they should have done finalized the withdrawal for me since they changed the verbiage on their website after I processed the withdrawal BUT, I will wait till tomorrow and I'm just happy that they made the change.

Misleading customers is the biggest menance in this industry. (I feel). They want you to be honest, and play by the rules then THEY should be HONEST and ensure all information is accurate.

With this said, I also believe the Sportingbet Family is SAFE to play. They get a LOT of Action and many sites so I'm sure they are SAFE. Heck, Sportsbook is a sponsor to one of the popular Auto Race.

Thanks,
SA

General,

Sorry...been out of pocket today...It is a work day. :-(

Unfortunately, I'm in the SAME situation I was Friday. They claim it is still being processed.

All I get from the clerks, (and they did a much better job of answering me today with email responses) is that the withdrawal is pending.

It is now 3 Business Days and still no payout.

I just would like a different answer then it is being processed or pending. Why can't they tell me why the delay??

I'm very confused and concerned. I had thought since they changed their website things would clear up today and they did not.

This is very concerning,
SA

The bell rings and its still the same "nonsense" from this wannabe sportsbook. Their ethics and practices are marginable at best, they treat "their" players with inexhaustable contempt and disrespect. SA, hang in there, they will pay you but it will be on their time horizon, I am assuming you have won, if so the late pay will in their minds alienate you enough to either think twice about requesting another payout or two chase you off to another book, sportsbook.com has no place for winners!
