Marc - I'm very happy that someone has had a good experience with them.

Maybe it is because I didn't play long enough with them for me to lose my winnings. I took the money out because I knew if I kept it in I would probably end of losing it!

I thought winnings was a part of gambling? Not with them apparently.

Again, I could care less if they are pissed off. Think of me. I win, request my winnings and deposit...guess what nothing!

This is a disgrace to the industry and a disgrace to this company.

All I can say is this better be cleared up by the end of today period!

For crying out load sportsbook.com resolve then issue, even for you this stalling. Don'y you as a book have any pride in what you do.

SA, I know they slow pay but this absurd ven for them!

Like I said make sure you get all your money and go somewhere that gives a hoot about theit customers!

from my experience, my two favorite are Blue Marlin and Pinny , though Blue Marlin has the better CS and pays same day, i have never had any problems.

I was thinking about giving a thumbs up but this thread doesn't deserve that.

I finally got paid today and verified that the funds were received just a little while ago.

I have absolutely no idea how it finally happened and why this entire ordeal worked out the way it did.

Could I have handle it better on my end. Maybe, I know next time when I have an issue like this, is to escalate it ASAP with a Supervisor.

Should I have posted the way I did? Well, I think for the most part with the exception of last night and today I handle posting fine. Maybe need to tone it down a bit but I thought I didn't get out of line and bash them with every post.

Could they have handled it better. Without question! Several mislead and false statements. It just seems like this entire organization from Customer Service to Banking and Accounting are not on the SAME page. They need to streamline this process much better and handle cases where they may have to audit a customer much better.
