Thanks Erik...I will hang in there. They did change their website and to their benefit, Customer Service has responded to every email I sent them today.

I'll keep all posted whether I receive it by the end of the night.

Thanks,
SA

As i said earlier, This is unacceptable. If there is more to the story, then you should be informed.

Just another thing, there is another thread that surfaced on sportsbook.com. I had nothing to do with it nor do I want to contribute to it.

I can understand all of their points of views in this thread (the delay of a payout) but I'm just hoping that the results of my situation is different.

Thanks,
SA

General,

I just got a response back from them that they do a number of random security checks that could delay the process.

I'm just a phone call away if they really want to know whether I'm a fraud.

I guess we shall wait and see.
Thanks,
SA

Now, they have opened one of their online tickets so that "I can track my withdrawal". Boy, this is so depressing. I just don't understand. I did all the right things. I played fair and square and now I get this treatment when withdrawaling my winnings. I'm not fraud; I did not take advantage of any bonues; I do not have multiple active accounts.

Shrink/General - Sportingbet is an advertiser; if this does not get settled tonight I would like some additional help.

I just don't understand.
Thanks,
SA

SA,

We will help if we can. If they got a case of why they are stalling it should be presented.

Thanks General - They are an advertiser so I hope you or Shrink would closely look into this matter.

There is ABSOLUTELY no case they would have to slow pay me! I can ensure you that...

If this goes into tomorrow I will definitely want some help.

Thanks,
SA

Well it doesn't look like my withdrawal will happen tonight. Now, they tell me server problems over thee weekend have caused a backlog.

It is there hope to have the backlog cleared up by tomorrow morning.

Are you kidding me? I'm so trying to be nice and patient but it is getting so much harder.

And server problems slow down pending payouts in what manner? What a ridiculous excuse, its almost like they have a control issue!

Eric

If they can't get in the site then they can't make a withdrawal so yes it created a back log plus its football. Not every book lies to there customers when they call.

Eric -

Well, I've gotten the following reasons from them tonight:

1. It will be processed shortly.

2. Sometimes security checks are done that can cause a delay in the withdrawal.

3. Server problems over the weekend have caused a backlog.

Again, are you kidding me???

Jay - Believe me, I'm trying to be patient but I keep getting different answers. I still don't know when this will be officially processed.

The withdrawal was pending just send it out and are you telling me that the servers have been down all weekend and that they were not able to take bets?

Seriously, on one hand I believe Jay but how can other books handle withdrawals more timely. Are you saying WWTS,WSEX,PINNACLE take less action than the Sportingbet books??

Are the Sportingbet books prone to FRAUD more than any other book?

I'm just confused how these other books are able to payout timely and sportingbet has the problem.

I'm a phone call away if they have problems with me and need to ask me questions.

sfeiner - yep, they sure do control my cash. They WANT you to be FAIR and SQUARE and play by the RULES...but they DON'T HAVE???

Seems pretty fair to me. This makes me want to live in LV!

Doesn't make much sense to me.

I'm wondering if they need to change their website to 3 Business Days to process a withdrawal. If I count that I started my withdrawal process on Thursday.

From their Website:

"We accept withdrawals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and all withdrawals are processed within 2 business days."
