Ok guys you know we have been on the right side of these Pitt games almost all year and I'm here to tell you I love Pitt in this match up. First off the public is all over Villanova as everyone saw how easily they destroyed Duke. Fact is and I said it all year with Duke they were a one trick pony as they had to shoot well from outside to win and what happened they finally went cold from outside and that dismal shooting performance did them in. You have to be able to go inside to win and Pitt does that well with Blair. You also need to be able to score from outside and Pitt has that with Sam Young. And the final piece of the puzzle is you need a floor leader that doesn't crack under pressure and Pitt has that with Levance Fields. Remember Pitt has been winning UGLY and that's great for two reasons first it gives us line value and it means Pitt won't buckle under pressure if it's a close game down the stretch they are battle tested. Villanova has had everything too easy thus far and that will hurt them here. Finally everyone will point out that Villanova has already beat Pitt this year which is true but what they are not pointing out is that loss came at Villanova in the second of back to back road games in which Pitt won the first road game against their arch rival West Virginia in Morgantown. That was a Big Win as the Backyard Brawl is huge to the Pittsburgh players and they flat out were flat for that game against Villanova. This will be Pitt's best game of the Tournament and they will move on to the Final 4. I have Pitt winning this by 8-10 points. This is my 10* TOURNAMENT INSIDER GAME OF THE YEAR.
