my bad dude that must have came off wrong. When I say that I just mean that I actually read your post and take your opinion under consideration before responding. Seems to me a lot of people only want to speak instead of listen first, then speak. Not necessarily only on the forum, just in general.

Also, you say my political correctness gets on your nerves right? I said in this thread that I believe suicide to be selfish. Nothing politically correct about that.

When you quote my post and reply under it, I assume you read it, and most likely your post is directed at mine, I've developed a sixth sense you see?

Caring that much about what other posters say, whether it be Akphi, Cruise or someone else on this site that is a lightning rod, is a massively -EV leak

lol You know what I mean though.

A lot of people will argue with you until they are blue in the face without ever really considering your opinion. Reading it is one thing, actually taking it under consideration is another.

For example, I've had my issues with chop in the past, but he is def a guy on here that will actually listen to what you're saying before blabbing about his point of view.

I think JC is either a ghost, doing shtick, the biggest vagina this forum has ever seen, or gay. It could be all of the above. Idk. And I can say this because I'm entitled to my opinion.

I'm thinking it's shtick because how could someone avoid the question about the insurance policy being void this long? Any normal human being would have addressed it by now. It's been asked 20 times.

Biggest vagina has to be Mika Tan :)

Radio host Rush Limbaugh came under fire for comments on his radio show Tuesday in which he connected Williams' death to liberalism.

"They're always angry about something," Limbaugh said. "No matter what they get, they're always angry."

Williams "had it all but he had nothing. Made everybody else laugh but was miserable inside," Limbaugh continued. "I mean, it fits a certain picture or a certain image that the left has. Talk about low expectations and general unhappiness and so forth."

Limbaugh cited a Fox News report that the 63-year-old had grappled with "survivor's guilt" by outliving friends Christopher Reeve, John Belushi and Andy Kaufman.

"He could never get over the guilt that they died and he didn't," Limbaugh said. "Well, that is a constant measurement that is made by political leftists when judging the country."

The Rush comments have been taken way out of context. I heard the comments live, and he was referring to comments made by other people - the whole survivors guilt thing didn't come from Limbaugh.

He had a lot on his plate & I wish he wouldn't had taken the route he did not to face his tremendous problems......although he faced depression all his life, adding the divorce along with the diagnosis of Parkinson's disease might have been the tipping point.

I can't begin to understand what he was going thru in his last days & moments of his life.

With the numbers of suicides per year (30,000) & approximately 300k attempts, are antidepressants really effective?

I don't believe they are & of course nothing is 100% effective but I've seen many peoples lives get worse on these meds (people with light to mediocre depression) as I have seen some peoples lives get better (bipolar & severe schizo)......

How do we judge who needs them? Doctors/psychiatrists give them out like candy in hopes you need them, whether or not you get better isn't the main question, its all about making these pharm companies billions of dollars.

If these meds are working, why are these people attempting suicide?

I'm just glad I don't need these meds & I tell others that are depressed to find another route because there is no reason to take antidepressants for depression & continue to be depressed.......

JustinCruise, should I keep my term insurance, or convert to whole life? What about universal life? Do I have to pay taxes on mutual funds if I haven't sold them and they are outside of an IRA?

Although I agree with Enfuego that you are being a bit harsh about this ( But I do think suicide is a selfish act by nature), I have complained many times about him throwing in pointless insults while making his case. Drives me nuts. It adds nothing to the argument except piss people off.

Because you and countless posters don't do this daily here. Why do you single me out?

The main thing that always pissed me off about Justin cruise in the past was not his stupid opinions.
It was because he had this know it all attitude and basically always told everyone they were idiots if they did not agree with him.

Although I do not agree with a single thing JC has said in this thread regarding the subject of suicide.

JC has been very respectful to everyone in this thread.
I don't think he has called a single person a name or talked down to them one time

Irregardless if this is an act or not I choose to respect him for that until he proves otherwise.

JC has been called a lot of names in this thread and he has kept his cool.

JC is still paying for his sins of the past. It won't go away overnight but I just want to say jc has handled himself well in this thread.

And that has nothing to do with my opinion of his opinion of the subject matter of this thread.
