It is a customary practice to suspend accounts when a supervisor needs to talk to a client and he/she is not responding. We checked your account and it has a note to send your call to Keith. According to him you still have not contacted him. I have advised him that I am posting this, and he is waiting for you call.

lots of companies have similar practices, for example I work for Canada's largest Cell Phone Company...we will advertise in Big Bold Letters that our Price Plans are as low as 20$ Per Month....When you examine the small Print though it is disclosed that every monthly plan has a .25 cent 911 fee & a 6.95 System Access Fee...
Of course we tell anyone when they are ready to Buy, However we certainly do not put those two charges in BOLD on our website so a cx visiting the site who is new to cell phones may not know about those charges...
fact is...buyers must beware & try to read all rules & ask any questions before confirming the sale.

The Rio promotion area makes no mention of any restrictions what so ever. That just isn't right especially considering that their sister book ( Skybook ) makes it crystal clear. The 1/2 special is still a great deal and I'm not here to whine about the book. This section of the forum was set up for these type of things to get kicked around. I don't walk on egg shells because they pad the Rx pockets. If I send my cash to a third world country to a business with a shady reputation I think I have every right to question there advertising policys.

, I am very much a 'say it like it is' guy aswell & am DISGUSTED by the politics that take place here at the RX....Sometimes I wish there was no advertising at all so that ALTERIOR motives were kept to a minimum...

Rio, you guys are a bunch of clowns. Pay the man his $47 or else give him his original stake back together with the pre-paid atm fees and be known as the book that welches on bonuses and has misleading promotions.

Things must be getting really bad, if a book as large as Rio cheats a guy out of $30 in ppatm fees, because the player doesn't realize that Rio should cover those fees. ANd then they even refuse to pay him the 10% deposit bonus. WHats really crazy is that if RIo had been smart they would have given the player the $47 right away. then they would have gotten away with giving this guy a $17 bonus on his $500 deposit, and he would have been a happy customer.

Funny Thing-
I lost my pending bet for today- and my account is no longer suspended. If I had won my parlay today for $423 would my account still be suspended???? I suspect not- but since I lost the bet - magic happened- my account is no longer suspended- funny stuff RIO. So I place a bet- my account is suspended for hours- withing 17 minutes after the bet is lost my account is open (suspension lifted)- Keith/RIO/SHrink - you guys are a damn joke- Still no apology, no $47 bonus, and no update on the website about the bogus, misleading bonus policy t RIO. RIO- all respect for u goes down the tubes. I'll take 5-1 odds that if my bet won tonight my account would remain suspended. Just 1 question- WHY WAS MY ACCOUNT SUSPENDED ALL DAY TODAY- I ATTEMPTED TO LOG ON 17 times. then only minutes after my bet lost I COULD LOG ON MY ACCOUNT- PLEASE REPLY- I just want an answer- seems a bit strange to me???????
