unreal I believe rio is a decent sportsbook that will pay you but I also believe the poster in this spot as I believe he way way over aggressive but it is bad as these forums continue to stand up for their sponsors regardless and shrink a man I thought was a standup guy who I would really like has really turned I e-mailed him in the past about the new owner marty and never got a reply,and he posts this crazy locks and guarntees that lose by 20 or if they lose by 10 or less he buys enough points for the cover all in all this is about $47 which is unbelievable how this has turned into such a soap opera but from past experiences at books I know how some of them will say the manager is not in they will not return e-mails and the forums that sponsor them back them no matter what. All books make mistakes sometimes and I think rio made one here however it is my opinion that rio is a better than average book and your money is safe to play there but that is that just my opinion and they ofcourse are like assholes everyone has one. I just wish when things go wrong at a book people would try to solve the matter with the book in a polite way and give the book atleast 24 hours and then if no progress is made post it on a forum in a nice way. Also I think the mods if they do not know the facts should not respond other than to help the poster thats what makes these forums go are the posters and it is your job to help them. No need to post hidden agenda and other stuff as I have had problems on other forums from books and the staff there had all kind of accusations for me. To all have a hell of a night and enjoy game 4 of the nba finals!

bucsfan - as i said....maybe i should spell it out for ya....please try not to jump to support rio because you are a paid moderator. rio admitted the advertising is unclear. they STILL have not changed it. they say the kid did not contact them. he says they did. you believe rio because they are a paying advertiser. so please stop with your lectures, and try to understand that you have turned from an objective observer to a paid off peanut gallery man. congrats!

Who in the hell uses prepaid ATM anyway, besides of course DELL DUDE! I mean those fees were HUGE! Most books cover any fees above $200, but RIO did not cover the fees for this guy!

this thread is 7 pages and counting, because Rio didnt feel it neccessary to show some "goodwill" and give the guy something ($47) to shut him up....i am not saying that Rio should ignore policy and give him anything {$47}.....but
you get one or two things with theses situations.....a happy customer or a 7 page thread.....jmo
