I realize your claim may in fact be legitimate, however, the reason you are getting alot of heat in this thread as many feel it is not very appropriate to come to an open forum & post a post in the fashion you did, without giving management a reasonable amount of time to research your claim....It sounds like you made the deposit on Friday Afternoon...Maybe the rep did make a mistake...maybe they do have inaccurate info on their website...Their actual policy is no Bonus on Prepaid ATM, now if they led you to beleive otherwise, or if the site says they do give the bonus...SO BE IT...But give them a REASONABLE amount of time before you come to a message board read by 100's of readers...
How would you feel if you were RIO....would you not appreciate a chance to have the problem corrected before your customer posted such on an online FORUM? I once had a slow Pay Situation with a Book & I gave them 3 weeks before I posted a report on the situation in the forums...This was done to be fair & not to Bash the Book....Maybe 3 weeks is a little generous, but a Few hours is not...
Anyway you are probably owed the 47$, that I do not know...I am sure RIO will do the right thing...however you should think of these things...especially considering you just registered at the RX...You said you read the RX alot so you know that the FORUM is often suspicious of these types of posts that come from new Posters...This does not mean that a new poster can never have a legitimate claim...but should consider what they are saying aswell...
