Identity: We do not have a take on this or any situation. We want the right outcome based on fact. Our GM is waiting for a call from Gamblix to clarify some points that do not add up so we can attempt to resolve the issue.

I'm not looking for any deposit bonus however I'm looking for 1/2 point deal for football next season.
I looked in the promotions area on your web site. Is it true that I only have to deposit 500.00 to qualify and am I allowed the 1/2 point on 3 and 7 ?

I realize your claim may in fact be legitimate, however, the reason you are getting alot of heat in this thread as many feel it is not very appropriate to come to an open forum & post a post in the fashion you did, without giving management a reasonable amount of time to research your claim....It sounds like you made the deposit on Friday Afternoon...Maybe the rep did make a mistake...maybe they do have inaccurate info on their website...Their actual policy is no Bonus on Prepaid ATM, now if they led you to beleive otherwise, or if the site says they do give the bonus...SO BE IT...But give them a REASONABLE amount of time before you come to a message board read by 100's of readers...
How would you feel if you were RIO....would you not appreciate a chance to have the problem corrected before your customer posted such on an online FORUM? I once had a slow Pay Situation with a Book & I gave them 3 weeks before I posted a report on the situation in the forums...This was done to be fair & not to Bash the Book....Maybe 3 weeks is a little generous, but a Few hours is not...

but with 10% of games in the NFL landing right on 3 I think RIO would be killing themselves...usually Books limit free 1/2 point promotions to all lines except for 3 & 7 (as you know)....

I'll tell you what RIO and SHrink - IF my $470 isn't returned to my PRePaid account we're going to have some serious problems. You're mad about me posting some facts here- keep my account suspended(without returning my intitial deposit and you see how ur losy book makes out.
