Dallas has jumped to -14...I think if you like Dallas don't get deterred by the line change. Vegas is begging bettors to take the Pacers. Is this a case of the public inflating a line past its value? Or is Dallas' offense prolific enough to win this one by 30? Decide for yourself. If you are the go against the public type you should know Dallas continues to be backed heavily.

Note: Utah has gone from a 1.5 to a 2.5 home dog...Nothing certain about Rose yet but apparently he participated in shoot around and his hamstring is pain free and he wants to play...Gasol is expected to return tonight but again nothing is definite.

Not looking like a good night...

Toronto played great defense and even defended the 3 point shot well but Phoenix went 14-33(42.4%) from 3 point land and Toronto won by 4...Indiana's offense has been elite tonight...seriously- 71 right now with 5 minutes left in the third quarter, watching the game it feels like even more...

I have to admit I was wrong about Indiana, at this point they have 85 points through three quarters. I didn't think Indiana had enough scoring to keep up with the Dallas offense...Dallas has been scoring enough to win a line this high but the Indiana offense has been able to out play the Dallas offense...I can't get over how good Indiana's offense has been...

Everybody on earth bet the shit out of Dallas with both hands.

Very dangerous. Or deadly, in this case. Sorry about your 5 Star.

1 5.5 teaser ties win Hawks +9 and Jazz +10...(-128)

I like the Jazz going to OKC to play a division rival, teams usually play closer games in divisional match-ups...The total for this contest is set at 182.5, the better team getting 10 is just too enticing...Its in OKC so I expect OKC to play well but their offense has been poor...they may hit a ridiculously high percentage from 3-that's in play here-but I think its more likely to be a close game with the difference in the single digits...The Hawks are hosting Toronto, I don't feel great about betting against Toronto with Atlanta playing their 2nd of a back to back but this is a conference home game and Atlanta is 5-1 at home I think they can keep it within single digits...

1 5.5 teaser ties win Jazz +10 and Portland -1...(-128)

Charlotte almost stole one at Portland a little while back losing 102-100...I don't think Portland will underestimate them but they are on the road...No MKG is a plus for Portland...Lance played one of his few decent games last time against Portland...The Charlotte bench played about as well as they can play in their last match-up...I think Portland is a great team elite at home and still a very good team on the road and getting a high seed come playoff time is important to them, the East is undoubtedly the conference with fewer quality teams I think they'll take care of business but I expect this to be a close game...

1 5 point teaser ties win Dallas -9 and San Antonio -8

Dallas looks to bounce back after being thrashed by Indiana. Facing the Knicks without Melo should be a recipe for success...San Antonio is hosting the enigmatic Indiana Pacers, Frank Vogel is rightfully getting coach of the year buzz...I don;t think San Antonio will overlook Indiana after seeing what they did to a great Dallas team IN Dallas. I think San Antonio will win by a comfortable but not huge number.

1 5 point teaser ties win Brooklyn -2 and San Antonio -8

Everything Brooklyn has said has me thinking this veteran team does not want to be remembered for being the 76ers first win...Brooklyn said Philly hasn't beaten anyone YET indicating that although they are win less it is only a matter of time until they steal a win from a, inevitably, better team.

I'm upping Jazz(+5.5) to a 3 star selection...

I'm taking 3 Jazz +5.5 because the game is in Utah...Utah will have had 3 days off to prepare for the Clippers...I think the Jazz may win this one outright. I'm taking 2 Hawks -7 because they are home playing against a Charlotte team that has somehow become bad since the impressive showing last season...could Lance Stephenson be at it again?...this is going to be a conference match up with the total posted at 196.5, that bodes well for Charlotte...I'm taking 4 Bucks -1.5 because this line should be closer to Bucks -6.5 in my opinion The Rockets are great on the rode with only one loss...James Harden said "Great bounce back game for us tomorrow" after their loss last night, and while that might not be bulletin board material the Rockets could underestimate the Bucks who are only getting better...No Terrence Jones, D Howard or Beverely all are out for this game, it is always a fool's game to try and predict a team's ability to play well or not based on their star player being healthy or not....having said that the injury situation does play into Milwaukee's hand's a little bit...

For tomorrow I'm taking 3 Portland -13 because I'm a sucker, I really screwed the pooch on that Dallas Indiana debacle,...and I might be more of a square than I want to acknowledge...and an idiot to boot...Portland is coming off a rare home loss...Portland's defense at home has been great...I'd be kicking myself if I didn't take Portland and then they went on to win by 20+...I love them at home as does everyone else...If you like Portland get in on them fast, because everyone else likes them too...I'm taking 2 Brooklyn(-120) because I've actually thought they've been a pretty good team this year they lose to great teams but they can be competitive against anyone...Taj Gibson is still out and who knows how long Rose will play...Jimmy Butler is a force though so even if they've been having trouble with other good players Butler has never been better...The Bulls will continue to be more comfortable with Pau the more they play...These matchups have been close many times over the last few years...3 days off for Brooklyn to prepare for the Bulls...
