What makes you think and say that?

No excuse for a kid to get shot and killed but this is what they are pointing to I guess.

The Atlanta Journal Constitution published surveillance footage Saturday that shows a figure entering a house under construction that day shortly before the shooting, lingering for a few minutes and then jogging toward the location where the men later confronted Arbery. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation confirmed the video is part of its investigation but did not identify the figure.

Oh, anyone with any common sense knows the guy was up to no good - these guys are still dirt level dumb though - everything went wrong for everyone involved

The more I read about this the more I sense key details are being held back from the public. Does it justify gunning him down? I would say probably not.

no one involved in this case learned a thing from Martin and Zimmerman - it's simple - don't look for trouble and don't embrace trouble - avoid trouble

I'm rarely wrong - but maybe the car behind was not working in cohoots with the McMichael's - that would explain why he is not charged too:

In an interview with CNN Saturday, Gough, Bryan's attorney, said his client was not acting in conjunction with the McMichaels the day of the shooting.
Bryan was doing yard work when he saw an unfamiliar man being chased by a car he recognized as being from the neighborhood, Gough said.
Bryan filmed the incident and shared the video with police when they arrived on the scene. Later, he went to a police station so authorities could access and download the footage, Gough said.
Bryan and the McMichaels did not have a relationship, Gough said, besides being neighbors and one point when Gregory McMichael brought lawnmowers to the shop where Bryan worked.
Any implication that his client was a vigilante, Gough said, was inaccurate.
"Mr. Bryan videotaped what was going on and because he did that there is a prosecution," Gough said. "If he had not videotaped that incident, the only person who really could speak to what happened is dead and we'll never have that opportunity. That video is the prosecution."

Don't be surprised to see a lot of "supposedly" racist stories all across America piggy backing on this main story in this thread.

Soros has all kinds of left-wing liberals willing to cause chaos through out America with fake set up stories like the Jussie Smollett story.

The left will try & destroy America any way they can, while it's being destroyed by the over hyped virus.

Not taking anything away from this specific murder of this man, but let the investigation take it's course, & people need to stop attaching Trump to his murder, etc......

I heard he looked through the window of a house under construction.

Even if he walked through it. Still nothing.

Nothing.

Apparently I heard this kid was a model citizen. I guess we will see.

Just some advice.....don’t say too much ignorant racist shit because when the facts show that he was a good kid and these scum of the earth hillbillies weren’t, I will be throwing it back in your feelings.

It will come out.

Watch the video. The shooters father investigated Aubrey. He was given 5 years probation for having a gun on campus and obstructing law enforcement. He later violated that by shoplifting but they did nothing

I don’t like these whacko videos you post.

That doesn’t mean he wasn’t a model citizen.

Seems like he should’ve been a licensed owner clearly.

Just watched the video of Aubery in the house - it's him inside the house - clear as day - his family admits it's him - it's Fake News that he went out for a jog - he clearly was in the house scoping - he did not steal anything - the house is clearly under construction - he must have gotten caught by these knuckleheads and then pretended like he was in the neighborhood "jogging" - they obviously watched him going into the house and thought they caught him burglarizing the house - Aubery was trespassing - with the intent to see what he could steal - these two did not have the right to hold him at gun point - they are responsible for some form of criminal homicide but the murder charge is a gross reach
