Regardless as to what the victim was doing, he was unarmed and died as a result of an escalation by these two guys. When they pulled up next to him, he was most likely scared and the struggle was kind of mutual from the video.
Did they go there to kill him? I don't think so.

This kid was not a model citizen. The so called journalists have now hyped everyone up and left out key facts about both the suspects and the victims states of mind. Mob has already prejudged this case without all of the facts.
I think they were trying to make a citizen's arrest - in the sense they were trying to force him to stay in place until the police showed up - of course that all went out the window when the guy didn't back down when the kid got out of the car with a gun - I just don't see the intent element - things look like they escalated in seconds - the kid is gonna end up with some type of reckless homicide conviction

I believe Arberys lawyer leaked the video. Said he thought it would prevent riots. Mob refuses to watch the video I posted and has no idea about info on the case. He will stick to the facts he likes. The guys were likely aware of Arberys past with weapons. Shooters father dealt with him before
