Just watched the video of Aubery in the house - it's him inside the house - clear as day - his family admits it's him - it's Fake News that he went out for a jog - he clearly was in the house scoping - he did not steal anything - the house is clearly under construction - he must have gotten caught by these knuckleheads and then pretended like he was in the neighborhood "jogging" - they obviously watched him going into the house and thought they caught him burglarizing the house - Aubery was trespassing - with the intent to see what he could steal - these two did not have the right to hold him at gun point - they are responsible for some form of criminal homicide but the murder charge is a gross reach

The racist fake lawyer lmfaoooooooo providing his input again on a legal matter. Comical.

I remember years back some people saying you had the best life here outside of the RX. I’m still laughing my ass off about that.

They will both get life. The dude behind the wheel with the footage probably pled and will get 5-10 years or so.

The dude behind the wheel plead? interesting - cuz I'm thinking he would have to be charged with a crime to plea guilty to a crime

Regardless as to what the victim was doing, he was unarmed and died as a result of an escalation by these two guys. When they pulled up next to him, he was most likely scared and the struggle was kind of mutual from the video.

Did they go there to kill him? I don't think so.
Did the son mean to shoot him but it doesn't matter? I don't think so.
Were they trying to initiate a citizen's arrest? Probably not but that's what they'll say.

I think the son should get negligent homicide and the dad should walk free unless some evidence comes out that shows he had intent.

This kid was not a model citizen. The so called journalists have now hyped everyone up and left out key facts about both the suspects and the victims states of mind. Mob has already prejudged this case without all of the facts.

I think they were trying to make a citizen's arrest - in the sense they were trying to force him to stay in place until the police showed up - of course that all went out the window when the guy didn't back down when the kid got out of the car with a gun - I just don't see the intent element - things look like they escalated in seconds - the kid is gonna end up with some type of reckless homicide conviction

The only fact that matters is that if he were white he would be alive right now.

I heard about an experiment of a white guy running down the street with his shirt off and a TV on his shoulder and running. Just as an experiment to see if anyone would call the cops on him or if he would get stopped. People were cheering him on, never got stopped, never had the cops called. Lmfao. If this were a black person possibly shot dead, definitely stopped, definitely cops called. This is the truth of life man. If you don’t know this type of shit you’re a lost soul

when fight happened and the guy got shot - Georgia's finest showed up - at this point - I'm sure the entire neighborhood is outside as someone is shot dead in the street - this ain't Baltimore - this is not a common scene - the guy filming told the police he captured it on his phone and gave it to them r

u got any plans of going to Hotlanta to riot? because I can't see this guy getting convicted of murder - he's going to jail for causing his death (don't know what the exact charge will be)

This is one of those cases where everyone involved wishes they could go back and do things differently

I believe Arberys lawyer leaked the video. Said he thought it would prevent riots. Mob refuses to watch the video I posted and has no idea about info on the case. He will stick to the facts he likes. The guys were likely aware of Arberys past with weapons. Shooters father dealt with him before

I've never seen a black guy running down the street with a TV in my entire life - I doubt anyone here has in real life either - but I swear I always see black guys riding a bike while pushing/steering a second bike - I'm smart though - I don't chase em - I just keep going about my business

remember hands up don't shoot - Obama sent Eric Holder on Air Force 1 to St. Louis - Holder stayed for like a week - came back the to the Oval Office - didn't say a word to Obama - just kind of shook his head like "nope" - then Obama was heard uttering "fucken Sharpton made that shit up again" - but even after the President sent the Attorney General to thoroughly investigate the Michael Brown death 25% of America thinks hands up don't shoot really happened

I agree unless a witness comes forward saying they overheard them saying they were going to kill the guy or the two themselves testify against each other saying that was the intent.

Well, obviously someone related to the family in some sort of legal capacity released it.

This isn't a clean cut 1st Degree Murder case Mob. Seymour is 100% correct. It's what I saw when I first watched it too.

The father/son duo will get charged. I believe they need to be as well. The victim was no model citizen whatsoever. He probably would have ended up in prison soon anyways.

They are only showing a 3 second clip of him inside. They are now admitting he was inside for around 3 minutes. Why are they not showing the full video?
