FACT: There were no reports in that neighborhood for over 2 months. That's another lie they'll be caught in. In the police report, Greg McMichaels said he was working on his front yard and saw Arbery run by. Thats when he calls for his son and they gather up to go chase him down. in the 9/11 call he says, "thats the N****r that was robbing our houses last week". That'll be another part of the evidence that will come out. It don't prove premeditation but it will cath him in another lie.

btw, are you guys aware than Greg McMichaels is a 30 vet with the Glynn County police department? A former cop and a recently retired detective.

This case reeks with cover up. Had the video not come to light, the McMichaels boys would be still be chilling. The police department had the video since Feb 25 for fucksake.

I’m not concerned how long they’ve had the video and not interested in satisfying the Twitter blue check mark brigade.

This is a murder charge in the middle of a pandemic with conflicts of interests all over the place in regards to the dad’s former job. It’s complicated. We need to cut them a bit of slack.

I always wait for the facts to come out before judging the outcome but this looks real bad for the father and son and if in fact they are guilty, they should be hammered. Dont see much mitigating issues. It doesn't appear there was a crime that was just committed for their story to have any credence.

LIfe in prison for two cold blooded murderers

What about the car behind? he is the third witness - he is creeping behind guy - he is part of it - he should be charged too

I'm putting myself in this black guys situation and I can't think of what I would do - they've got me from the front and back - they have guns - getting on my knees as they hold me at gun point seems like the best option and that sounds fucken like an awful option - maybe he should have took off behind someone's house but I would imagine that would encourage them to shoot at me - really hope this guy didn't do shit to anyone - this way they just get convicted of homicide and there can be no reason for any rioting

Cut who some slack? In addition, exactly what do you mean with "Twitter Blue Check Mark Brigade?"

If he was white he’d be alive right now. No question these scum were hunting this kid.

Look up how Joe Horn handled witnessing a home invasion. First....see it happen. That would be the logical thing. Then call the police.

He got off when he shot those people. He was worried they would get away and he saw it happening. There was no question who did it.

I can't say I disagree with Mob here at all. First time.

Once they’re in the system.....good luck.

Who is responsible for them? Is it because they made a wrong choice? And whose fault is that?

Police just dong go around giving people "Cases" because they are black. People get charged with crimes because they are accused of committing crimes....

The father and son are in jail facing serious charges. Now I suggest everyone wait for the dust to clear and let's see what is fact and what is fiction.

I'm pretty sure the guy was doing something wrong - I really believe they thought this guy had broken into or stolen shit in the neighborhood - but u still can't do this - u can't let urself getting into a situation where things spiral out of control and someone ends up dead - you want to follow him? good, great and wonderful - call the police - stay in ur car - keep following - play with ur pudd too - do whatever u want to do - call him the N Word - but Jayzus Christmas do not get out of ur car with a gun in ur hand against someone unarmed - that's where things went drastically wrong and the guy is dead and that cannot happen

Put yourself in the shooter’s shoes. What did he really hope to accomplish there? Was he planning on holding him at gunpoint? Did he want to scare him? Did he want to kick his ass or kidnap him? I mean, none of those things are good options.

When it is all said and done I am guessing Aubrey was the guy. Not so innocent. Doesn't mean they could just chase after a guy they didn't know for sure was him. That being said it would appear a light sentence is going to be in order when all things are considered. The media is sneaky False claims of the men being white supremacist killers who just lynched this guys is really dishonest

Wait for the facts. I am telling you. It will not justify killing him but he isn't going to be an innocent choir boy just out for a jog.

What makes you think and say that?
