The guy running was in the house under construction...who knows what he was doing...could have been pissing, looking at the progress, or up to no good...does not really matter when it comes to his murder.
I have walked in plenty of under construction houses while on walks in my neighborhood...never had 911 called on me...weird.
Whatever the runner was doing he was UNARMED and it was NON VIOLENT...
Whether the good ole boys were in some kinda legal grey area about the pursuit or issue of "citizens arrest" went out the window when good ole boys jumped out the truck and pointed a loaded shotgun at the runner...He was on foot and they were in a moving vehicle...at no point was the good ole boys lives in danger and at no time were they defending their own life...
The younger good ole boy is going to prison...best thing he can do is start making his connections with the AB so he will have some sort of protection in prison cause it is going to be a long road for him...he will squeal like a pig in prison at some point.

Boys, that ain't grandma in the rear car out for a Sunday cruise whom just happens to be filming her joy ride - that's the third "witness" - or as some of us would call - the box the negro in from behind accomplice - charge his ass too - they hunted the guy down - he had no choice but to go around them or start sprinting through back yards - the only chance these 3 knuckleheads have is if they have a video of this guy coming out of someone's window

If the rear car is in fact the 3rd witness and they were boxing the guy in - then hell fuck yes - the father got in the car and is part of it - u don't need some month long Ocean's 11 plan to form a conspiracy - it can be seconds - the 3 of them went to detain the guy with weapons - unfortunately what they were doing is kindapping or some form of unlawful imprisonment - things got out of control - they're only chance of getting out of this is if they were chancing a felony subject which just doesn't seem to be the case as of yet
Yeah, more evidence would help but there would be mumblings or rumors if the guy had just raped the blonde housewife with here 3 kids watching - I think they really thought the guy was up to know good - I have no clue if they are right or wrong - what I know is the guy is dead and I know the three of them are responsible

Based on the video, its hard to determine whether this video is a clear murder 1 conviction. Travis McMichaels was the one who shot first and was waiting for him. Ahmaud Arbery grabbed the muzzle and then is shot. The dad Greg McMichaels, can be seen running up with his pistol in the air and then fires the 2nd and 3rd shot.
One thing is for sure, there's zero evidence the McMichaels can claim self defense. (1) Arbery was unarmed. (2) Arbery doesn't attack the McMichaels.
Only thing is how the jury will view this case. Especially since McMichaels will be tried by a jury of "their" peers.

FACT: There were no reports in that neighborhood for over 2 months. That's another lie they'll be caught in. In the police report, Greg McMichaels said he was working on his front yard and saw Arbery run by. Thats when he calls for his son and they gather up to go chase him down. in the 9/11 call he says, "thats the N****r that was robbing our houses last week". That'll be another part of the evidence that will come out. It don't prove premeditation but it will cath him in another lie.
btw, are you guys aware than Greg McMichaels is a 30 vet with the Glynn County police department? A former cop and a recently retired detective.
This case reeks with cover up. Had the video not come to light, the McMichaels boys would be still be chilling. The police department had the video since Feb 25 for fucksake.
Only way this gets out of hand is of the McMichaels boys get off on a light sentence. If they get Manslaughter there will shit storm. I think there's enough evidence to atleast convict the son Travis with Murder 2. I think the dad has enough for murder 2 as well since he rounded up the guns, called his son and went after Arbery. After the 1st shot there no way the guns went off accidentally.
