The father/son duo will get charged. I believe they need to be as well. The victim was no model citizen whatsoever. He probably would have ended up in prison soon anyways.

They are charged - with murder - I don't know the Georgia penal code - but in FL we have form of homicide lesser than murder - where ur behavior was not intentional (explicit or implied) but reckless and as a result there is a death - this seems to be what the shooter should be convicted of - getting out of a car with a gun during an altercation in which the other person has not put ur life in imminent danger is reckless by all standards - the father is going to be convicted of something way less if anything at all

I didn't know the father was a former police officer in this town - I thought he was an investigator who assisted the DA's office in collecting facts - I have no clue what the policy is with retired officers - I could easily see him being legally permitted to "chase" after this guy after he saw exiting the house - regardless of whether he saw a felony committed - no one has brought it up but I think it's an issue

They are only showing a 3 second clip of him inside. They are now admitting he was inside for around 3 minutes. Why are they not showing the full video?

Don't ask so many questions - nothing te see here - move on

I agree after watching the video of him inside the house he was clearly up to no good...

However the two guys should not have gotten involved aside from calling the police...

All three parties in this situation were clearly in the wrong and all three will pay the price...All three lives ruined.

Mob, what do you think he was doing in the house? getting interior design ideas?

I don’t care what he was doing. It’s a house under construction, what is their to steal? Nothing justifies him being gunned down.

I told you all from the very beginning of this thread that you guys would try to justify it lmfao. Did I not?

He wasn't "gunned down"
He did something illegal. Citizens tried to stop him and he made an attack that led to his death. Nice narrative though. As I said beofre I wouldn't personally do it unless I witnessed actual violence but it makes sense and it is legal.

In all fairness plenty of stuff get stolen from job sites...tools, materials, appliances...

The guy didn’t deserve to die for what he did no doubt but he put himself in that situation for the events to play out...As did the white guys who stalked him...

All three parties were wrong in this situation...

Yeah I don’t know if anything he did was really wrong though. I mean it’s wrong but comparatively, it’s harmless.

If a white kid walks into that under construction home. Does he end up dying? Answer is no.

I’ve seen kids do that all the time.

And who knows maybe he was just looking for a hammer or some shit to take for himself. Wrong? Yes. But, harmless shit. Who cares.

To even make this a thing is comical.

Who said he deserves to be gunned down? no one - this is u and Fake News saying people are suggesting it - and he was not gunned down - he was shot at close range over a struggle for the gun

Nothing get's stolen from jobsites? that's weird - I've had all my guys tools, saws, etc., stolen - I have had 3 AC units stolen - NOT WINDOW UNITS - a roofer spent all day bring the tiles to the roof to install the next day - problem is the tiles weren't there the next day - u live in an internet dream world where people catch cases - the rest of us deal with reality

No one is justifying anything - the son was within his legal rights to have a gun - he was within his legal rights to follow this guy - getting out of his truck with a rifle during an altercation was ILLEGAL and someone died consequently - he needs to be punished for whatever crime that is

Yep. These deputy dog types are sometimes as worse as the criminals themselves.

This shows your ignorance. Not only to steal, but to cause property damage.

Not that that means really anything. But what did he damage?

If a kid vandalizes and steals from anything.....what does that have to do with getting hunted down and shot dead?

The crime has to justify being killed. If it doesn’t, then the hillbillies are 100000% in the wrong.

On the news last night, the owner of the house under construction said nothing was taken from the house and that he has never had anything stolen there or had a burglary.

All true. Just think it's a bit disingenuous for the press and black community to paint him out to be a Saint just out for a little exercise.

Why do you keep saying he was hunted down and gunned down? That's not what happened.

I honestly hate how a lot of you on here constantly dehumanize situations people are in.

You wouldn’t be talking like this is you were in the position. The corona shit is the worst. Dehumanizing that whole thing is just embarrassing on all of your parts.

From an online forum you act like people aren’t curious and intrigued about any shit. Who knows maybe the kid wanted to scope out a place to fuck his girlfriend. Who the fuck knows. Who cares. It’s irrelevant to me.

IMO it makes them look worse because they see him enter the house and they don’t confront him then? You wait until you trap him and gun him down?

For about the 10th time now in this thread, he wasn't gunned down dude. Stop that nonsense.

And I believe they watched it on tape not live so they couldn't confront him as it happened but I could be mistaken.

Can you honestly shut the fuck up until you read the facts on the case. You want to be ignorant about it.

Mob, he was not hunted nor gunned down - he was followed after trespassing in someone's house - he was involved in a struggle for a gun and was subsequently shot - if the hicks had not brought guns the guy would be alive - the son getting out of the car with his gun caused the death of this guy - he is responsible for this guys death - we all basically agree

This notion that he was just out getting a little exercise is most likely fake news - pretty sure most of America knows he was out seeing what kind of "opportunities" were out there - NOTHING JUSTIFIES THIS GUY BEING DEAD TODAY - NOTHING - but there are a lot of mitigating factors from a murder charge for the son - the father (retired cop) being charged with murder is getting dismissed
