OMNI/LITTLE NASA/BETUS.COM are thieves. They stoled 25K from me and have stolen similar amounts from others. This is the tell all on their crimes.

I was advised to e-mail you regarding your role in making a decision on my case with little Nasa. Were you involved as the contract points out? If so why wasn't I notified by you? I had no choice but to accept Little Nasa's terms once I saw you were an arbitrator. It has been 4 days and I am still wating for a response from my e-mail. I was stiffed by Little Nasa for $20,000. I want to give you the benefit of the doubt but you need to respond. As you can see the list of people who got burnt by Little Nasa is growing. I understand your character is impeccable when it comes to matters like these. Please respond!

After speaking to one of the owners of Executive today I have found that Ken ******** of the prescription was in fact aware of my case from the beginning. ******** denies any involvement in my case as an arbitrator at any time. It is unfortunate that Mr. ******** was less than truthful in being a party named on my contract as an arbitrator. I am very disappointed to learn this at this time. ******** needs to come clean immediately. He cost me $20,000. How can he arbitrate a case without hearing both sides of the story. He says earlier that he knew nothing of my case. What a scam between ******** and Little Nasa. They both need to be held accountable.

You are in fact correct. I have e-mailed the shrink to no avail. He is with the scam artists like Little NASA from the beginning. His silence is indicative of his being guilty. I gave him the benefit of the doubt but now am convinced he patronizes the sportsbooks and has absolutely no interest in the player getting a fair deal. If and when our lawsuit goes through he will be named as well. Thank you for reading and understanding what we have gone through. La Nacion newspaper in Costa Rica has agreed to publish our nightmares.
The General who we thought might be a spokesman on our behalf has remained silent once he realizes the Shrink might br involved in a scam.

I think you are getting a little carried away with regards to the owner of this site being involved. Here is why:

1.) I can name you in any contract or agreement I want, that doesn't mean you would be aware of it. Did the owner of the site sign the agremment? If not, then I would say that there is probably a reason for this!

2.) You are coming in this forum with other people threatening a lawsuit. My sister in 8th grade would not make a statement in a public forum under those circumstances, let alone someone as smart as the owner of this site. Perhaps you and tone of your posts are the reason the owner of the site choose NOT to respond. Silence does not mean someone guilty, it means they are SMART.

3.) What benefit would the owner of this site have by siding with Betus? NONE! They don't advertise here. He would, however, benefit from siding with the player because he would easily be able to show this community that he is willing to stand up for the player rather than the books that potentially pay him.

In summation, based on everything I have read in this thread, I would seriously doubt that the owner was aware of this agreement and I seriously doubt that he would have agree to anything without consulting with the actual player in advance. Think about that and stop making assumptions.

Boston- Chill for the time being. I will ask Shrink to come in here and post. He said he didn't know anything of it. Silence doesn't prove guilt. But doesn't make him innocent or ignorant of the matter either.
The main crook here is Howie Speilman(aka Joe Rizzo) of Omni/Little Nasa. He stoled money from both of us and The Shrink has yet to condemn him of it, for which I do have a problem with. I definitly would not believe a word anyone from Executive told me without some validation. MFG

I just spoke with one player that had $14,668 stolen from his account at Omni. I gave him the Shrinks number and he plans to call the Shrink now. Hopefully Shrink will shed some light on these crooks. MFG

Maybe we should all join together at one time and screw a few books over......A little payback from us players just to make them realize not to take advantage of us anymnore.....There are a few ways to do this you know....Surely I'm not the only one that knows the way, without risking any funds to lose. I just havent ever had a reason or desire to take that route, but maybe it would be fair game, with all the trouble we've been having with books lately.

I don't mean to break up the party here, but if anyone has tried to do anything in Costa Rica they will understand taking this to court isn't going to work.

Think about a gringo, in CR on a tourist visa, in a tico court room. Suing a well known tico that generates a lot of taxes. Rizzo will be nowhere to be seen. He has no legal ties to "his" company. This is the same with any book in any country.

Also attorney client privlidge does not exist in CR. Ticos stick together. So you can bet your tico lawyer, his lawyer and the judge will all be having lunch together.

On one hand you have a tourist that does not generate any cash flow for the CR government.

On the other hand you have a company that rents office space, telephone lines, internet bandwidth, buys houses, buys cars, pays taxes and employs about 300 ticos.

You can't goto battle on someone else's turf and not study their culture.

Gringo.....Vice~Versa also , regarding your writeup. Although none, or most of us in this forum would more than likely never pull such a stunt, there are a few ways to "screw" a book over, and they also would not be able to take any legal action, considering online gambling is illegal in the states anyhow. They would just be sh!t out of luck, just like many players have been while being cheated out of there money from many offshore books.

Correct me if I'am wrong, but I believe Sport Booking is second only to tourism in generating revenue for the country of Costa Rica.

It would seem important to the Costa Rican Government to maintain such revenue and in doing so require that its businesses which are generating such are NOT criminally obtaining revenues/currencies from its foreign PLAYERS.
