OMNI/LITTLE NASA/BETUS.COM are thieves. They stoled 25K from me and have stolen similar amounts from others. This is the tell all on their crimes.

I just found out that Kenny W. is in fact an owner of this site. I will provide a copy of my contract to anyone who may not believe our story. Kenny must dispute that he had any knowledge of my situation with Little Nasa. If Nasa used Kenny for their purpose without his knowledge he must come forward and say so. How can he make an arbitrary decision without hearing my side of the story. Employees from Little Nasa were in disbelief that I was stiffed for $20,000. Even though they took my side on this issue they said Joey is handling my account and his decision is final.
We realize that litigation is a slow process in Costa Rica but we may be able to freeze Little Nasa's banking accounts as well as temporarily shut down their business. Operators of this nature must be held accountable.

 

I am not a lawyer, nor an intelligent man, but it does seem to me that if there was any legal action pending or soon to be pushed, that the attorneys residing over the matter would have been smart enough to tell any persons involved in the suit to NOT post the case information allover the NET @ this time.

I agree with the General to a certain extent. The man from Dallas kept quiet for many months and everyone became suspect of his silence. In my case I will not reveal my details other to say I was stiffed $20,000. I will say we have paper trails that NASA created that will be to our benefit. The man from Dallas feels that he is simply telling his story so others will not get hurt in the future. We are still gathering information from others to show a continual pattern of abuse existed by Nasa.
The exact method of pursuing our lawsuit will be known once we feel we've gathered more information and include anyone who wants to join our lawsuit.

Do not have fear if you were one of the customers who were forced to sign a contract in order to receive some money from Nasa. I've warned people about this shit book for almost 6 months now. Betonsports also runs their scam operation the same way. Big winners get stiffed. As another poster stated, STAY AS FAR AWAY as you can from NASA books.

The goal should be shutting these operations down as well as imprisoning the owners...perhaps the FBI should become involved?

THANKS FOR ALL YOUR INPUT EVERYONE. Special thanks to BOSTON1 for working with me on this. I can't believe he received the exact same "Confidentiality Agreement" that I did. These guys were too cheap or too stupid to do one that pertained to BOSTON1's unique situation. Both of our "confidentiality agreements were dated the same day and both said The Shrink moderated between the parties. The gentleman BOSTON1 didn't know the Shrink's real name until I told him who it was and we reviewed both our documents and couldn't believe it. I think The Shrink should consider suing these scums for using his name in BOSTON1's agreement. I would think for sure that The Shrink did not know they lied about him moderating an agreement with BOSTON1. What a joke. The Shrink should start a lawsuit of his own.
Silver7 -- I sent them 15k and they sent me what I won minus 25k. Yes, I received more back then I sent in, but that is not the issue. The issue here is what I posted. Let's not get sidetracked.

General -- No that's not the case. Part of this info was put on ThePrescription originally in July 2002. Now more facts are known to me and I wish to share them. People are coming out of the woodworks to join in the lawsuit, they just need help in taking the action further. Myself and others included. This is a con artist outfit that is being EXPOSED for what they are. I am here to help.

Please keep in mind that the United States has something called due process. To listen to you people whoever is involved here is guilty, no ifs or buts about it. No matter what you may think of a person, that person is presumed innocent until proven guilty. Are there really ANY, good books?

Understand the business... ALL books ONLY want your money. Based upon this FACT...there is no such thing as a “GOOD BOOK” IMO. They all are you adversary, such as you are theirs, when playing to win.

However, from a Book's perspective, there is no such thing as a GOOD "CREDIT" PLAYER...because there is always the possibility of getting stiffed...similar to a POST-UP PLAYER, the Book HOLDS the player's funds and in reverse can be thought of as a CREDIT PLAYER holding the potential to stiff the player for his losses in return.

Regarding FIDELITY, I've played with them before and never had a problem or heard of anyone who has...but I never won large there either...thus, I have not truly tested them.

I didn't like FIDELITY's software nor their wide straddles, and no over night line postings.

If you are a small player, you may enjoy them. I withhold full endorsement.

Best advise before joining any sports book:

-Search the Internet particularly here at the Rx the name of the Sports Books you are considering. Read what others have to say about the Book...make your own judgments.

-Read the Rules at the Sports Book...compare odds, straddles and lines between others...NEVER join a Sports Book, which does not allow you withdrawal ALL your funds at anytime. Furthermore, check fees associated with making withdrawals...note how many times you are allow to withdraw per month without being assessed fees.

-Note the names of those who own and operate the Sports Book and where they are located...I’d question joining Books who are ran by anonymous individuals.

-Never deposit more then you can comfortably lose into any sports book at anytime, while never allow your account amount to get too large for your comfort without making a withdrawal. In fact, it may be good to check the withdrawal procedure, how long it takes for you to receive payment following a request shortly after joining by making a small withdrawal.

-Never Play Propositions or Parlays...sucker bets…you have my endorsement in playing only 2-team 6-point NFL teasers at EVEN MONEY ODDS.

-Have more then one Outlet, preferably those with reduced odds and straddles, such as Canbet or PlanetPinnacle.

-ALWAYS PLAY TO WIN...the Sports Books Money.

After telling them I was sending 7k to re-activate, some ***hole got me out of bed one morning with a ring~a~ling special offer. Needless to say their account is 7k short. I made him well aware of the reason.

There are 2 points I wish to mention before I exit this site.
If there are players who have not e-mailed to join our potential lawsuit because they may be indigent please include your situation to betuslawsuit@aol.com. The more people we can include in this suit the better. We will help you seek the relief that you are entitled to by Little Nasa. Do not worry about the legal fees. You will help our case by including your story as a victim.
Secondly, I would like to clarify that it is my opinion that Ken Weit.... of the Prescription was not aware that his name was included on a contract as an arbitrator by Little Nasa. Little Nasa appears to have used Ken to their benefit without his knowledge.
Finally, I suggest that players do not use Little Nasa at this time. One of our objectives may be to possibly freeze Little Nasa's bank accounts and hopefully shut down their operation atleast temporarily. We are in unchartered territory in that we may be utilizing a judicial system that we are unfamiliar with. Time wil tell.

Haven't seen Ken or his spin doctor peep in this important thread. Ask yourself why.

One very important word of advice as you go forward. Trust noone, you have no idea of the agendas, connections, and true motivations.

It would not be a suprise if half the responses to your email addy were plants.Large forces will do their best to see you go down.

I had no knowledge of any "written" contract between the gambler and Little Nasa...
