I am an attorney but I am unfamilar with foreign judgments. If this happended in Florida you would sue these pricks in the county in which it happened - I am sure they would not answer and you would get a default judgment for 25k plus legals expenses - you take this judgment to the County sheriff and say I want to levy on this and that which the defendant owns. I think you should sue these pricks in a Costa Rican court and see what happens - I would imagine that don't even answer your complaint. The most it is going to cost you is $1500 or so just to file the suit and go from there. Would you not love the local sheriff to sell all of their computers and phones at auction in order to satisfy your judgment. I just don't know how it works. It is worth calling an attorney in Costa Rica.

My Football Game, give you credit for coming in here and doing this. I hope in the end you will get something back for all your hassles and troubles. English Sports Betting burnt my ass years and years ago and I just dropped it. But if you can get some of your money, maybe this will work for people who got burnt at English Sports Betting. I wouldn't mind getting something back from those crooks too. I don't think the advertisers will help you because they get paid from them and not you. I went that route before and I was so stupid to tell them my name I was young then. Please resond to the promises that you have made to us a couple of weeks ago. We have been very patient in waiting for your final answer from Little Nasa. We need questions answered as to what if anything you can achieve from the Spielmans. We need to know why you were named on our contracts as an arbitrator when you did not give permission to be named on these contracts. Your final efforts to reach settlements on these issues is necessary before we can move forward. We wouldn't have you pursue this on our behalf if you weren't a party in our contracts to our problems of being stiffed. Please be more aggressive. Don't be afraid of the Spielman's and their threats of lawsuits against you. The number of players who got stiffed is growing and we need to take action on this. Additionally we will have more information tomorrow about a book under the LITTLE NASA umbrella who got stiffed and has since left LITTLe NASA. Little Nasa needs to be eliminated from doing business in Costa Rica. This will take a group effort in order to make this happen. The truth needs to come out about this corrupt organiziation. They are giving a black eye to the reputable sportsbooks in Costa Rica as well as the Costa Rican government themselves. Thank you for you willingness to help in the past.

1. I am considering an attempt to do a PHONE LINE ATTACK of OMNI/LITTLE NASA. If you are interested I will be posting a time to pound the phones in the next month. I hope everyone can participate. Great idea but we must be patient until we get the go ahead from Ken Weit...(SHRINK) who is going to speak to the Spielman's one last time. He has additional ideas that will be revealed shortly.
As to Val's earlier post, once again I will say that Little Nasa feels that they can do business by stiffing large winners only and keeping the other 95% happy by paying them timely. If any player becomes lucky enough to increase their bankroll by any substantial amount, they will not be paid unless they sign a contract to a lesser amount. Ken Weit... name will be on that standard contract as an arbitrator. The only problem Ken Weit... will not be aware of his name on the contract. They enjoy using his name. He must be very well respected in the industry.
