There are two sides to every story.
In the last 3 days while trying to help my new buddy Peep out and get to the bottom of this BS
I have talked with MFG and listened to his tapes.
In the first phone call between Shrink and MFG that occured on July 24,2002, Shrinks says "this is one of the three biggest con jobs i've ever seen." He got off the phone with MFG and said he'd call Joe Rizzo. Later in the day MFG, Shrink and Joe Rizzo talked. From the outset it was apparant that Shrink had decided to side with Rizzo and have his 25k vanish. Never once did anyone agree that Shrink would be the final word or arbitrator on any taped conversation.mfg says it definitely wasn't a written agreement bringing the Shrink on either. If so, someone please get it to me.
I recieved via fax a copy of the agreement between Omni and MFG and it says "Agreement reached on or about July 25th, 2002 as agreed to by the parties hereto and there appointed arbitrator Kenny ******** from the prescrption.com." Like I said, this never took place.
Also in the agreement it says MFG would be liable for 250k if he posted anything about this case anywhere. I want to commend MFG for having the courage and thoughtfulness to help us players at the RX by providing this information about the kind of people who run Omni.
From the tapes I listened to I would say that Shrink took about an hour on the phone with MFG. But most of this was after, in my opinion, Shrink and Joe Rizzo had conspired against MFG. Several times Rizzo and Shrink are heard laughing in unison like good ole buddies at MFG's expense. During the conversation MFG made many very compelling arguments as to why he should be paid, including the 400k rollover. Shrink and Rizzo had a very weak counter on almost every issue. I could not believe what I was hearing.
