Heading out so will most likely not be around to post, when Hornets game goes to half time, but if they are down, and the number is good, I will in all likelihood, add to my bet for the game, by taking the Hornets in the 2H. They have been solid at home in the 2h all year, especially when down pts at the break. GL tonight.

Hey MR.N I hope you don't mind me leaving this coment here in your thread.

I read what you wrote in my thread, you are 100% right. I knew that, but sometimes I forget things like that. Thanks for the heads up. It is not worth parlaying 2 teams if one is not a ML.

thanks

Action play:

Orlando Magic +6.5 (1.5)

Too many points here, imo, for what I expect to be a close game throughout, between 2 of the best teams in the NBA. The Underdog is 7-2 ATS in last 9 meetings between Cavs and Magic. Cavs, an excellent home team, but Magic no slouches on the road, where they are 26-10 ATS in road games, this season. Also, in their last 4 games played in Cleveland, the Magic a perfect 4-0 ATS against the Cavs. Magic are 11-2 ATS when playing the role of the Underdog this season. Going to take my chances, and play the points here, in what should be a close game, between two very good teams.

Small play:

Minnesota Timberwolves +11 (1)

Spurs playing b2b, and 3rd game in 4 nights, and giving too many points here, considering. Spurs a below .500 team ATS at home this year, while Minnesota is an above .500 team ATS on the road. Timberwolves are 5-1 ATS when playing the role of a 9.5 to 12 point dog on the road. Recent meetings between the teams, have been close. So playing the points, seems safe. Always, the possibility of a backdoor cover if Spurs go up big, and rest starters in the 4th. Either way, alot of points, to cover for a Spurs team, that looked terrible offensively in their last outing, and playing b2b tonight against the Timberwolves, who are coming off 2 days rest. I'll take my chances with the points, in this one.

Boston has gone to 6.5 and 7. I think Wade is out for Miami. How does that change your play?

I liked Boston before the news of Wade, him being out is a definite plus, though..For our purposes, when dealing with spreads, injuries tend to mean little in terms of who will cover, as most teams tend play with a heightened sense of urgency, when one or more players go down for their team..However, there are not too many teams that rely so much on one player, like the Miami Heat do on Wade..So the news, is music to my ears, to be honest..

I should mention, that the play for later, is for the Under in Phoenix..I mention it now, since I see the line beginning to drop..I have 226.5 locked in through a local, and will be using this number for my play, if I do end up taking it..just a heads up..GL tonight..

Bucs just didn't show up to play tonight, put up 20 points or less, in 3 of the 4 quarters. Cost the Over, and the cover. Bulls and Thunder post lowest scoring quarter of the game in the 4th, and go scoreless for 3 minutes or so down the stretch, and lose the Over by 1.5 pts. A tough loss, and a 3.15 unit swing with that wager. Pacers team, simply out matched by the hungrier and healthier team in the Blazers, and played from behind all throughout. Minnesota, on the other hand, cashed easily and almost won outright, this team continues to cover on the road. Boston made one final push, in OT, to get the win and the cover, and bring in the winning night. Only +1.15, but at the end of the day, plus money is always good money. :103631605 That's two winning nights in a row now, and hoping some of the momentum will carry over into the weekend, and produce a winning week. It'd be nice to close out, what's been a very profitable and enjoyable year, on a good note, as I'm all but ready to call it a season in the NBA, with baseball being just around the corner. Till then, GL as always.

Action play:

Cleveland Cavaliers -10.5 (1.5)

Don't usually bet numbers this high, but Portland in a very tough spot tonight, playing b2b for 2nd time in 5 days, so that makes it their 4th game in 5 days, all of which have been played on the road. Expecting fatigue to be a huge factor in this one. Also, I am hearing that Portland, may be missing one of it's main contributors, in Aldridge, who is 2nd on the team in points, behind Roy, and also 2nd on the team in rebounds behind center Joel Pryzbilla. Throw that in, with a dominant Cavs team, who boasts a league best 30-1 home record this season, and an ATS record of 22-9 (71% cover rate) in Quicken, and I see no reason why the Cavs don't win this game, by DD, and continue on with their quest for homecourt advantage, throughout the Playoffs.

GL, tonight..
